Simply the Best! While it may pose significant challenges for those of us less fit, the rewards are absolutely worth it. The assistance and guidance from the Bedouin guides make all the difference.

Mount Sinai A Journey Beyond Words
Climbing Mount Sinai offers an experience that transcends spirituality; it's truly overwhelming. Watching the sunrise from the mountain is an experience beyond words! I highly recommend this trip to everyone. However, it's not an easy walk, so prepare yourself mentally and physically. But rest assured, reaching the top is worth every effort.

Be sure to bring warm clothes with you, as it gets very cold at the summit. This journey is an unforgettable adventure that you won't want to miss!

Under the Moonlit Sky A Beautiful Nocturnal Trek
Our nocturnal trekking adventure was nothing short of enchanting. The activity was well-organized, and our hotel pickup was punctual. Upon arrival at St. Catherine, we were introduced to our guides—two for our group. While one had limited English proficiency, both demonstrated goodwill and ensured a smooth journey.

We commenced our climb around 2 am, a journey that lasted approximately 3-4 hours. The path was technically easy, with a well-, trail leading to 700 steps. However, due to the diverse group paces, occasional waits were necessary along the way.

Throughout the ascent, small huts provided refreshments such as water, coffee, tea, and snacks. As we neared the summit, the dropping temperatures necessitated protective clothing.

The only drawback was the crowds, as the path was frequently congested. Despite this, the climb of approximately 700m over a distance of 5-6 km was manageable.

Our visit to St. Catherine was brief but awe-inspiring, with the impressive walls leaving a lasting impression. Overall, it was a beautiful tour under the moonlit sky.

Holy Journey, Unforgettable Experience
I embarked on this sacred journey and was truly captivated by it. I highly recommend it to those in good physical condition. We arrived at 1:30 am and began our ascent around 2 am. The climb takes 3-4 hours, but the breathtaking views make it all worthwhile. Be prepared for the cold; I recommend bringing snow jackets as it can be very chilly—I was nearly freezing. We descended around 8:30 am and visited the monastery, where we saw the burning bush and the church. It was truly a super trip.

Journey to the Summit An Unforgettable Adventure
Our trip was seamlessly organized from beginning to end. Prompt pickup from the hotel in a comfortable minibus, followed by a transfer to a spacious coach for the journey. However, taller individuals would have appreciated more legroom. Ehab, our guide, enlightened us with the history of Mount Moses as we departed around 10 pm. Despite a slight delay at the security checkpoint and a brief stopover at a service station, we reached St. Catherine's checkpoint around 1:15 am.

Upon passing through security, our group of 40 was assigned two Bedouin guides, and the trek commenced around 2 am. The night sky, adorned with countless stars, filled us with wonder. Though initially hesitant, my wife and I found the camel path manageable. While the ascent posed little challenge for some, the group remained cohesive until the final café stops, after which it naturally began to disperse. Nonetheless, the guides ensured no one was left behind.

Approaching the 750 steps, individuals were allowed to ascend at their own pace, with Bedouin guides readily available to assist those in need. We reached the summit well in time to witness the breathtaking sunrise. Despite the chilly 10-degree temperature, a fleece or light jacket provided ample warmth. The descent down the 750 steps was manageable for many, albeit tricky in parts.

Some cafes along the descent were closed, but restrooms were conveniently located along the way, with both free and chargeable options available. Local vendors selling trinkets lined the path, making the descent feel longer than anticipated. Upon reaching St. Catherine's Monastery, we opted to forgo exploring the interior due to fatigue.

The return journey included a midway stopover before heading back to Sharm. Overall, it was an incredible trip, well worth the investment and one that will be cherished forever.
