Our Spanish speaker guide was awesome, knowledgeable with a great sense of humor and accommodating. Unfortunately I forgot his name, but has a not common name.

My wife and sister-in-law booked this trip the day before and they made it work for us. It was a long day and very hot but the van had some AC to make it a little more comfortable. The town of Taxco was a very cute little town and wish we could stay there for our next trip. They also picked us up from our AirBnb so there was no need to be at a meeting point. The tour guide was very nice and good at his job. He was bilingual (Spanish and English) and made sure both languages were included. We definitely recommend for anyone trying to get to see a cute town.

This tour was advertised as English but it was all in Spanish. We were asked to meet at 7:30am at the meeting spot but got shuffled from van to van all morning. We finally got going on our 3rd van transfer at about 11am. We spent so much time in a silver jewelry store on our way to Taxco even though the majority of us had expressed we did not want to shop. Once we finally got to Taxco, we were shuffled into a touristy spot for lunch. We didn’t want to eat there, we prefer to eat at the local markets always. The guide told us she would not wait for us if they finished earlier than the 1 hour allocated for lunch to begin the walking tour. Anyone who has been to Taxco knows how easy it is to get lost there and that’s exactly what happened. So we explored on our own. She told us to meet at a certain meeting spot at a certain time. We were there and of course our guide was not. So here we are again waiting for her even though she wouldn’t wait for us to go have an authentic lunch. This tour said it was a tour to Taxco and Cuernavaca. We spent a total of 30 minutes in Cuernavaca, 20 of those minutes were waiting in the cold for another tour to end so we could consolidate people into 1 bus. We only got to see the cathedral in Cuernavaca but by the time we arrived it was closed and dark so we were rushed in and out and really saw nothing. Total disappointment of a tour.

Taxco is a spectacular city, the photos turn out incredible, silver and jewelry everywhere at a very good price. The people are very friendly and the views are the best.

It was a fun tour because of a great guide. Cuernavaca and Taxco were very interesting cities and our guide was well educated on both. We felt the tour was both worth the investment and time. I would recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys visiting new and exciting cities around Mexico City.

The Cuernavaca Caves are quite interesting and worth a visit and Taxca is a cute town that offers a beautiful church, pretty streets and plenty of history. The problem wasn't destinations or even the drive there -- our driver was a very good driver, he just wasn't really a tour guide. Also, though we speak English we were paired up with 4 Spanish speakers and this put our "guide" in a tough position of having to say everything twice. He also informed us that normally he doesn't even go into the caves because the professional guides are there but they only speak Spanish so he goes in when there are English speakers. While he did an OK job in the caves, my friend who is fluent in Spanish (and English) said that the professional guide not surprisingly shared a lot more. The English speaking guide in Taxco also had to say everything twice. For $140/pp this was not up to the standard we expected. Also, the minivan was new and clean but there were 6 passengers and we had to sit in the "way" back which was very cramped for 3+ hours each way...and the AC didn't really get back there as there were no vents. Again, the locations were worth visiting but you can probably do better by getting there are on your own--though I am not sure there are English speaking guides at the Caves.

Taxco is just lovely, a typical mining town! Guide had a lot of knowledge. The ride is a little long but worthwhile.
