I really enjoyed my time at the famous Maracana Stadium. I don’t know much about football but I now want to go home and watch a match. Juliana did a great job as a tour guide.

The company ended our dream of watching a game at Maracanã, they informed us at the time of boarding that my wife and I would not be able to wear the shirt we were wearing, as we had hired mixed fans tickets, they did not offer any kind of option, they just left us at the door of the stadium. hotel and left!

Passing by to report my TERRIBLE experience with the company. I booked tickets and transfer for the Vasco and Flamengo game. The company only said that it would be in the mixed crowd, they charged a much higher price than on the website, but I was only concerned with comfort and safety. When boarding, the guide informed us that we could not board with Vasco's shirt, as the mixed area belonged to Flamengo. When questioning the company through WhatsApp, the attendant gave us another justification, thus, we were able to see the company's lack of credibility and commitment. I believe this is a sales strategy, but it leaves people extremely DISAPPOINTED, because if we had informed them beforehand, We could have looked for another company or prepared ourselves psychologically to wear standard clothing. My visit to Rio de Janeiro was scheduled on the date of this classic, but we withdrew from the game because we were caught by surprise and disappointed with the lack of communication and even humanity from this company.
