Tomas is a fantastic guide. Very informative, very flexible to accommodate my additional requests & very friendly. Helped in taking photos as I am a solo traveler. Also he introduced special fruits & famous Chilean drinks & shared all places, restaurants etc which helped a lot for a first timer in Santiago. It was my first experience of a city tour in a bicycle & enjoyed it. Highly recommend this tour.

We've done several bike tours in various cities, and this was one of the better ones. The Cannondale hybrid bikes were well maintained, rode great and components (shifting, brakes) were flawless. Our guide, Tomas, was excellent. He spent a few minutes before starting out talking with us about what we wanted to focus on to optimize our time. He presented the perfect amount of information about the spots where we stopped and was able to answer all our questions. The tour has a nice mix of more open bike paths heading into downtown, and the downtown area itself. In addition to the history, it was nice to try the local "energy drink" and we enjoyed the homemade treats Tomas provided. In addition to the tour, Tomas provided additional other recommendations for things to do and see while in Santiago. I'd highly recommend this tour.

Jaime was an excellent tour guide! He took us to all of the main sights in Santiago with wonderful commentary and explanations. He set a nice easy pace for us and gave us the time we needed at each stop. We were thrilled with our experience and couldn’t imagine a better bike tour. A definite for your Santiago itinerary!

We did a private 3 hour city bike tour with Jamie. He was attentive, adjusting the bikes for our size, sorting helmets, and making sure we knew the front brake from the back - Aussie bikes have brake levers opposite to Chilean bikes. Our guide made sure we were not exposed to the fast commuter traffic, took us to all the interesting buildings and monuments, and took plenty of pics of us, which he later shared on WhatsApp. We were surprised and pleased at how well cycling is integrated into Santiago streets with bike lanes, bike traffic signals and a population who seemed happy to give way to cyclists when requested.
We covered almost 16 kms but from someone who doesn't cycle much the pace was good and it was only the last few kms on the way home which felt a bit of a slog. Cycling is a great way to see a new city as you can stop whenever you like, and access areas cars would find difficult.
My only disappointment is that our guide tried to subtly line us up for lunch at what appeared to be a friend's seafood restaurant at the markets, but he accepted our "No thanks" without further pressure.

This tour gave us a great overview of the city. Our guide Jaime spoke good English and was super informative and accommodating. Biking in a busy city is tricky at times but we used bike lanes a lot and were otherwise going slow enough to not be in danger. We covered a lot of ground and saw a lot of areas that we would not have otherwise seen.

This bicycle tour was a fantastic way to feel the flavor of Santiago! Not only did we see many of the historic buildings and monuments, but our guide Jaime was wonderful in showing us facets of daily life (the markets, cafes, and parks) peppered with stories of recent history. Jaime was also very good at making everyone feel very comfortable on their bicycle - even my wife. Seeing and experiencing all of this from a bicycle allowed us to feel more like a part of the community rather than simply a spectator from a vehicle
