Had to call repeatedly to get the actual ticket. Initial payment with this Trip Advisor system only gets you a voucher not the necessary ticket which is supplied by a third party vendor. I didn’t get it until the last minute although the agreement says “two days before”. I didn’t know if I was getting scammed or if I needed to make alternate plans.

It was amazing☆It reminded me of the incredible prosperity of the Medici family at the time. It seems that you can borrow a Japanese earphone guide at the entrance, but we requested a private guide in advance, so we received an efficient and comprehensive explanation, and my husband, who usually walks quickly through the exhibits in museums, listened with interest. If you have enough time to spend a whole day, it's a good idea to take your time and look around with the book and earphone guide. If you go to Florence, I think this is a museum you should definitely visit.

I bought my ticket to Gellerie dell’Academia in Venice by TripAdvisor site. Cost €25… At thé caisse the price is €15; but this is not the main point, the main point is that they promised to send a ticket in one hour. Do not believe this. They did not send it even in 48 hours. What they were sending every day was something on which the main phrase was “ this is not your ticket”. Never again.

Tha Academy is brilliant, wonderful paintings, great collection. However, we never received the correct pass to our phone and if I at hadn’t been for a kind person on the ticket desk we would have to have paid again

Beautiful masterpieces by the best artists ! You could spend the entire day here. Truly blessed to be able see these paintings! The museum has an intricate system of controlled humidity and light conditions Well guarded and preserved masterpieces! Very impressive!

I never got my tix emailed I had to buy another tix so I could go in. I have used Viator before never had a problem. Must be the vendor they use.

Never received the tickets by email and send email requesting as they said they would arrive shortly before the tour date. No response at all and had to rebook and rebuy the tickets at the museum on date of the tour. Poor POOR provider.

Fantastic museum for art. No crowds so a very pleasant experience. There was no need for skipping the qeue ticket for the 17.30 slot as virtually empty.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. We were told we would have the tickets emailed to us 2 business days before our booked entry time. Never GOT the tickets. Tried calling and emailing but no help. Went to the museum and they said this was a "scam"--their words. We had to buy tickets again--AND CHEAPER-- with no line btw!! So I am out $40 US. What a rip off
