I had booked a transfer through booking.com and was very happy with the service I received. As soon as I switched onto the wifi, I was really happy to see a message confirming that the driver had arrived nice and early, and was already waiting for me at the gate. Shaharyar was very patient, especially as our flight landed a bit late, communicated well and was very polite. He helped us with our bags and took care of everything for us from the moment we met up to the moment we were dropped off at the hotel. After a long flight where you’re exhausted, this is exactly the kind of service you need. Thank you.

All service was really great - from the first meeting on the airport, throughout the ride with Raed by Dubai to my hotel!
Excellent service and I really enjoyed to be so fast on my place after flight! Raed was very helpful and feel safe while he was driving.

The communication was excellent to meet at pickup. Our driver Shaharyar was very helpful and courteous throughout the journey and provided some recommendations on places to visit. The car was in immaculate condition and the ride was very smooth. Definitely recommend this driver.

Very friendly and professional driver. Helpful with the luggage. Engaging with some helpful hints to enjoy our holiday. Van was also very comfortable! Also waited beyond the time limit as immigration took quite sometime.
