Scammers. Do NOT use this company. They claimed I damage a jetSki when I did not. They wanted 300 cash or 600 on the credit card.

Trip never happened. I spoke to a person in the morning, we text back and forth, clear as day, I needed 2 wave runners at 4pm. I even offered a deposit to hold them. When I arrived at 4pm I was told they rented their last 2 and there was nothing for us. My family was so disappointed and I was irate. Plus I wasted $20 for parking. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We had a great time with the guys from Jet-Ski Tours of Miami. The guys take their time and explain the rules and the jet skis in detail and you feel safe right from the start. Our guide Tyler did a great tour with us and showed us the homes of some celebrities. Afterwards we were allowed to ride freely and push the jet skis to their limit. It was a once in a lifetime experience that I highly recommend to everyone. Keep up the good work. Thanks again and all the best. Greetings the cool Germans

Our tour was guided by Alex who was friendly and professional and informative. An amazing experience for our family trip to Miami from the UK. Both Alex and Janelle were great we highly recommend ??

My instructor was so patient and knowledgeable as it was my first time jet skiing. After he told me to hold the handle bars steady I became more comfortable with the jet ski. I had the best time ever!!!

We went there because we found a great 1h30 tour around Miami. Unfortunately, as they propose several different tours on their website, you can only make a 1h when you come to the appointment.
There is no deposit : 300$ per jet ski are debited and as we are coming from France, they have been refund 8 days later, and you loose money due to exchange rates : that is not acceptable !
The tour around Star Island is not that interesting, but you have a free ride of 1/2 of the time, which is great !
However, people are adorable and the jet skis are brand new and powerful.
I do not recommend non US people to come here. We have been waiting for our 600$ refund during 8 days. In fact we paid 606€ and have been refund of 598€.
I which those 8€ would be tips and not more taxes.

I want to share to everyone a bad experience that I had with this company. Yesterday I booked a tour with them, paying for the reservation in cash early in the morning. In the afternoon when we went to the tour we had to pay a guarantee through the credit card, as it was an activity in which we could get wet I decided to take only one of my cards which did not work to make the deposit, as I was very Away from the hotel I asked them to refund the reservation or to be able to change the tour to the hour or for another day, but they refused to change the reservation or refund the money. I was told that the 170 USD reservation money had been lost because my credit card did not work at the time. It was very disappointing not being able to have a fair action from them, like being able to change the date, they did not give me any solution, only to tell me that I had lost my money without letting me do the tour. Likewise, the person who attended us seemed to try to do something, but the boss told him that they could not return the money. Fortunately for us, someone arrived at that moment wanting to make a reservation and we were able to give them our space, recovering the money, but if that couple had not arrived, we would have lost the money.

The tour guide Jose was good and attentive. That keeps this from being one star.
All the wave runners had their seats torn up. They send you an email telling you to be there one hour prior to your tour and there is no one there to greet you when you arrive. Valet parking is $20 plus tip and you have to walk around the entire building to get to the dock they have rented for the wave runners. They have no restrooms available. There is a bar nearby, but it does not open until noon and they don't have an agreement with the bar to allow their guests in to use the restrooms, so you have to ask at the bar for permission.
After having booked the tour already 5 days prior, I received a message the day before the tour stating they are raising the price and if I want to keep the tour I already paid for, I need to pay more money. So if they get more demand, they'll bump you to get more money from someone else.
Another person on our tour showed up and found out they had been bumped from noon to 4 PM because one of the wave runners got damaged. They could have saved that guy so much time by just calling him instead of him wasting his time showing up to then find out they had bumped him.
The valet attendant had also warned us to go confirm we are actually going on the tour as they said they had a lot of people that get bumped and return to the valet not having ridden the wave runners.
We paid for the 1 Hour tour which is advertised on their website to include:
15 minutes “FREEDOM RIDE” in a big open area. From there, we start our Jetski / Waverunner Tour by touring the following:
World Famous STAR ISLAND (millionaires row)
Under the Venetian Islands Bridge
Venetian Islands (total of 6 islands)
Another 25 – 30 minute “FREEDOM RIDE” and a “DIP” (swim) on the calm water of Biscayne Bay.
Hibiscus Island
Palm Island
We were NOT taken on the tour to:
Under the Venetian Islands Bridge
Venetian Islands (total of 6 islands)
Hibiscus Island
Palm Island
The ONLY island we visited on the tour was Star Island.
It is B.S. that they sell you one thing on their website and give you something different. If they are only going to take you on a tour of Star Island, then the website should NOT show you touring all these other islands.
If I simply wanted to ride a wave runner around in an open body of water, I would not have opted for the company that is charging a lot more money to have a guided tour.
In summary, the tour guide was good, but the website should be updated to show what the tour really offers, which is a tour of Star Island ONLY. Also, really ugly of the company to want to increase your price because they have more demand.
