Our driver was early, knowing the traffic pattern and time to airport. We arrived on time and the ride was great. I used Viator to book transportation and activities throughout our 2 week European vacation and well worth it.

Florin was our driver. He arrived early which was great and helped load our luggage. Got us to the airport with no problems. He helped unload our luggage for us. I would highly recommend Florin

Our driver picked us up when we expected him and was so helpful getting our bags loaded and us to the airport. He even gave us a mini Rome tour/lesson on places we passed along the way.

It was not a good rxperience; he dropped us off at wrong place; took an hour and $30 taxi ride to get to car rental. He was not concerned.

Driver was prompt (actually early) and got us safely to the airport. My only suggestion would be to better communication in the lead up to the pick-up.

Driver showed up early which was great but he was unhappy that we had luggage. The site said two luggage a piece. His car was a hatchback and our large suitcases had trouble fitting in. Then he dropped us at terminal three in Rome but at the front and United was at the end. We had a long distance to walk. We gave him a tip because of his punctuality.
