Excellent few hours spent with our guide, Sergio. He made it Fun, educational and a interesting guide to how the Alcazar was built and the differing cultures that have occupied it over the centuries. The stunning and tranquil gardens are well worth the visit alone.

Sadly, customer service is non-existent with Feel the City Tours (Sevilla). I'm sure the guides are lovely but their administrative office is rubbish and can't be bothered to offer any solutions once they have your money.
