In the end of our journey a typical lunch in a tavern only with local food and amazing Porto cuisine, the olives with the traditional portuguese breads, fish soup or the authentic "caldo verde", portuguese best friend the codfish with enoumerous recepies, octopus rice , fresh sardines or the frie hake, everything served with a bottle of sparkling green wine, homemade desserts with lots and lots of TLC, last but not least let's relax with a Port Wine and enjoy the moment.

Ricardo is an excellent guide. He is professional, friendly, and very helpful. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Porto! I had recently injured my knee, and Ricardo was able to mix driving to sites and walking in the city when the terrain was easier on my knee. Ricardo is a fountain of information. He also offered excellent suggestions for our stay in Portugal. We highly recommend Ricardo!

Ricardo was incredibly flexible. Our cruise ship arrived four hours late due to High winds. He waited for us and was able to provide a fabulous tour of Porto. We walked the city streets and he took us to some off the beaten path places to see incredible tile work and stunning viewpoints. Highly recommend!

Ricardo was a fabulous guide of the city of Porto. He was very helpful, considerate and shared a lot of knowledge about his city. We really enjoyed our time with him. The highlight was the authentic Portuguese meal. I highly recommend this tour and especially Ricardo!

This private business tour with my clients was the best of tours I ever done anywhere.
Ricardo customizes his tours so we can have the best personal and excellent customer service.
Everything was great, the private walking tour in Porto old narrow streets, Lello bookstore, private lunch and a lot of port wine tastings.
When in Porto making business, family or just for fun I would highly recommend this private tour to everyone!!!

Our tour with Ricardo was spectacular! He took us to see so many popular sites in the city, knowing how to avoid the crowds. He took us to wonderful areas that looked over the city, got us into the famous bookstore with ease (automatic entrance, no long line), took us on a fantastic wine tour & also to a private restaurant for our lunch. The local meal was delicious & owner & cook entertaining! If you want a fun day while covering a lot of things to do, Ricardo will be the one to ask for! Will cherish our memories with him!

He answered all of our random questions and took us instantly into the famous library. The restaurant was outstanding and everything about the trip was impeccable. We had rain and a holiday and that wasn't a problem at all. In the end we adapted to it and still saw a lot!

Fantastic tour made even more special by our guide Ricardo. He is the man! Walked 12,000 steps exploring the city, passed by areas not frequented by regular tour groups, drank 3 different espressos, had a super great lunch at a non-fancy restaurant, crossed to Gaia for the view across the river and had a Porto Tasting trip/tour. It's only possible to cram all these because Ricardo was quite flexible in adjusting to what he feels we would love to see and do.

Last week my husband and I spent the day tasting wine and port with our guide Ricardo. The full day trip was tailored to our interests and it was wonderful. We began at a private residence for the tasting and then Ricardo drove us to his private boat for a full day on the River. Ricardo provided many local food specialties and wines on our trip including a picnic basket and a tablecloth covering a small table! He is very knowledgeable about the wineries, grapes and culture of the region. His welcoming and easy manner made it the highlight of our stay in Porto. Highly recommend this tour and especially Ricardo!
