The directions were terrible no one to help. I requested a refund and no one replied. I use Viator all the time this was my first horrible experience! Very disappointed!

We would highly recommend this tour. We took it our first night in Rome, and it was very helpful to gain insight on the locations of the landmarks so we could map out where we wanted to go. Our tour guide was great too!

Sharon was an extraordinary guide. She was extremely informative; full of historical and current facts… Her demeanor and delivery was superb. She was caring about all of the members of the group. Sharon went out of her way to make sure one of the group members walked safely towards her bus station.
