Skip the line ticket to the Pantheon

The tour operator canceled same day. Admittedly, the cancellation was due to a federal holiday(which IS out of the operator's control), but other tours for the same day notified us 48 hours early. So the last minute notice WAS in their control. Lastly, the operator offered to reschedule for one of the next four days, to which I responded with the desired date and time to reschedule. When they didn't respond, I tried them 3 more times: twice by text and once through the app. They never responded and I eventually sought out other options. I understand the cancellation, but not communicating about whether they would honor the reschedule caused some unneeded friction.

The first Sunday of every month is free to enter and I didn't end up using my ticket as I was able to go in for free. I wasn't informed of this when booking this date. But customer service refunded my ticket quickly.

Paid for skip the line, lost our place in line several times as we waited for ticket. Customer rep unable to email or message tickets with report he couldn’t receive text with our number then suggested we didn’t pay our phone bill while on the phone!

It was confusing on how to redeem our voucher. We were told someone would meet us. We showed up and no on met us. I had to call several times to finally get the tickets sent to. Once inside the pantheon did not disappoint. Just wished it would have less stressful

This is a real way to visit pantheon.great customer service.im happy to see pantheon with out any lines, quick and easy entrance
