The vehicle I reserved and paid for was not what I got. Viator never sent the requested vehicle to the contractor. The vehicle that showed us was a very small car and not the van I paid for. It was too small for my family. However the contractor made up for it on our return trip.

Luis, was great! He initiated communication days before the trip. Verified all details. Arrived at the airport with a sign and sent a picture of himself se we can easily identify him when we arrived. He gave us suggestions about things to do in the city. He also got us to the airport on time. He was nice and genuinely wanted to be helpful. He made it a good trip as it was our first time in Mexico City.

I was impressed with the communication. The driver confirmed my arrival times and made sure to stay in contact. My flight was delayed and customs was slow, but my driver was there in Hallway P with my name on his phone. He was friendly, handled my bags, and was a good driver. We appreciate the professionalism and look forward to our return trip to the airport. Thank you for the service.

Driver kept in constant contact with us. He was punctual and very friendly. My flight to Mexico City was delayed a number of times. He was able to adjust without a problem.

Luis contacted me well in advance and was very communicative. He answered all my many questions promptly and was on time to pick us up. He was friendly, interpreted the city for us and also helped us get affordable tickets for the ballet. He remembered it was my moms 75 th bday trip and even brought her a beautiful present. Fantastic service and experience !! 10/10 - Highly recommend !

Luis was our driver during the duration of our stay. He was always prompt and very informative of the area and tours that we did. He was a safe driver and made sure we were comfortable during our transports. We sincerely appreciated his courtesy and communication. Thank you Luis. We highly recommend Interliv transportation.

Door-to-door service. Safe and comfortable ride to and from our hotel. Juan was very friendly and prompt. Simply way to get back and forth to the airport without worries.
