Participating in a cooking course does not only mean learning new local recipes, but also deepening the true culture, customs and habits of a food type.

Guide to the right qualitative purchase: Selection of "Zero Kilometer" products, knowledge of the fresh seasonal product and deepening on the various types of use in the kitchen.

Back at the restaurant all the participants will participate in the foreground throughout the preparation of Sicilian recipes, in a home-style just as per Sicilian tradition. Appetizers, first courses and second courses will be created with great family harmony all with a breathtaking view!

After the preparation, the participants will sit in their seats to start the lunch prepared by them accompanied by two local homemade wines.

Everything about this experience was a true highlight of our trip. Chef was a joy to learn from. Atmosphere was incredible. House and kitchen were immaculate. Food was delicious. This is a must do event while in Taormina. Don't miss out!

Best cooking class I've done! Chef Massimo was so detailed in his tips all day. From how to choose the freshest ingredients, to cooking get the most out of your ingredients, he was generous with his time, knowledge and hospitality. He was so friendly and humorous, which added to the experience. This was way more than a pasta cooking class. I walked away with new skills to make delicious food at home

A wonderful experience. Chef Massimo is a fantastic host, chef and culinary guide. From the visit to the local market to start the day where chef shared knowledge of the local produce, meat and seafood to guiding us through preparation of the meal to the local wine, tips & history of Taormina and ultimately feasting on all we made. In addition, you get to meet wonderful people from all over the world. Highly recommend this experience. Massimo is great!

Treat yourself to this experience; you will not regret it! We had the great good fortune to attend Massimo’s class, and in addition to learning much about Sicilian cooking, we ate a terrific meal overlooking the sea. We had the pleasure of meeting some other Americans for this class, and they were enthusiastic learners and eaters. At 10 people total, the head count worked great. Enough questions to keep Massimo on his game, and enough hands to whip up lots of great food! Massimo is a font of knowledge, and a great chef. Even though we are accomplished home cooks, Massimo added a great deal to our culinary bag of tricks. Over the last 20 years we have taken several cooking classes in the U.S., Spain, and Italy. All have been worthwhile, but this class outshone the others. Thank you Massimo for the opportunity to cook with you! If you are in Taormina, seek out this experience.

Wow wow wow. Massimo’s cooking class exceeded our expectations and we left not only with new knowledge of things to do in the kitchen, but also full bellies!! I would recommend spending a day with Massimo and his team to anyone visiting Tourmina

The cooking class was so much fun. We first went to the market to pick out the vegetables. Then we walked up to Chef Massimos's house. The setting was beautiful. We made many dishes and afterward had a feast. Chef Massimo was very entertaining. I highly recommend this activity. One of the highlights of our trip.

My wife and I showed up on the wrong date by accident, and Chef Massimo was more than willing to take us in his group anyways. He was super helpful with his cooking instructions and made everything simple for even the most basic of cooks (me). He brings a passion, enthusiasm, and knowledge to his classes that made the class all that more enjoyable. Met some amazing people in the group and will do it again next time we visit Taormina. Cannot recommend this enough.
