Professionalism and kindness at all times, Agostiño treated us as if we were his family. We hire airport and hotel transfers, city tour of RIO and round-trip transfers to BUZIOS (all private tour for 6 people).
At all times he kept us informed of everything we had been seeing, he offered us water during all the trips, he was really super kind.
The tour we took was spectacular, super complete. Even though we were with children, it was very bearable.
I 100% recommend Agostiño and his company to carry out any type of activity and transfer that is needed since they are super responsible, compliant and offer a service adapted to each family.

This is a long overdue review of Rio Taxi & Transfer. We've gone on 2 city tours with Agostinho, once in 2019 and again in 2021. We also took advantage of the transportation to and from the airport and our hotel. RTT was extremely responsive via email and WhatsApp. The cost of our tours + tranfers were very fairly priced in comparison to other companies, but RTT's customer service was far superior! International payment was very easy and credit card payments made in person had no issue. They accept all major credit cards, even AMEX which was a plus!
Every vehicle we rode in was new and well maintained - they even had snacks and beverages on board for us. The drivers stayed with the vehicles at all times and if someone wanted to skip a destination, they had the option to stay and rest on board in the air conditioning. The drivers also assisted with loading and unloading our 20+ pieces of luggage to and from the airport.
Agostinho is fluent in English which was extremely important to us when bringing along friends and family from the US who had never visited Brazil. Agostinho was even able to conduct the tour in both Portuguese and English so that all could participate. We kept to our itinerary, but did have the flexibility to extend or reduce the amount of time spent at each stop. Agostinho is extremely knowledgeable, professional, but most of all kind. We thought we were just going on a tour, but ended up befriending an amazing guy! The tours were so relaxed, peaceful, and fun. I can't wait to book our next visit this year!

Agostinho is our new favorite private tour guide/driver. We are a family of 4( 2 teenagers) and he is a great fit for us. We feel safe and comfortable with him. He is a safe driver. His van is so clean and comfortable and he made sure he sanitized our hands each time we get in his van. He’s funny and very kind. We’ve been to a lot of private tours and what we like about him is he’s not annoying and only shares just right amount of information. He gives us private moments and always available for questions. He accommodated our request, he takes pictures for us, he brought us to local great restaurant, gives safe advice, he doesn’t rushed us, We appreciate your kindness and authentic human connection. Excellent. Leandro was very patient and gave a very in depth explanation on the tour sights we were brought to. My friend and I who came from Dubai enjoyed the timely experience and would recommend Leandro to anyone who's looking for a guide around Rio. Not to mention that he speaks multiple languages too. We booked our trip with Agostinho for March. unfortunately due to border closures we are not able to make the trip. However our experience with Fabiana and Agostinho has been awesome from the beginning. Fabiana provided detailed information on the tour requested and helped us book tranfers too and from the ariport as well. She provided detailed information and receipts for the cost of the same. When we had to cancel Agostinho and Fabiana worked quickly and gave us a full refund. I'm so impressed with the service they offered and completely recommend them. Some day we will have a chance to visit Rio and I will make sure all our bookings are with Rio Taxi and Transfer. Thank you very much for your fabulous service .
