We were confirmed and had paid. The guide never showed up and did not message us prior.
This ruined our one day in Vienna.
This business should be kicked off Trip Advisor.
This is terrible PR for Trip Advisor; apparently you can not count on the quality of this ap anymore

We were lucky the be the only ones that signed up for the tour so it was a private tour. The guide asked us about the time we already spent in Vienna and what was on the planning. Based on this we did a custom tour. The ebike was very nice.

First time riding ebikes and we loved it! The guide showed us a few sites, and most importantly how to get around the city. We kept the bikes for the afternoon and headed to the Danube. Highly recommend!

A nice guide who has a lot to tell about Vienna. The e-bikes were perfect. We went biking a long the Donau, Prater park and so on. We loved it. A great experience.

The bike was fun. I've never ridden an ebike and while it was heavy, the electric assist made moving it work really well.
The "tour" was seriously a joke. Our "guide" had no sense of pacing, poor content and a heavy accent. We'd get to a site, he's ramble some gibberish and then we'd quickly move on. You couldn't get pictures. This was done in a way so as to result in zero engagement.
You'd be better off renting bikes and just going around yourself.

First we had a nice sightseeingtour with our guide Winni after that we made a tour on our own and brought the bike back to the Rent Station...very easy...Great Rent Station we definitly come back next Time
