We had a great time on our first visit to Cozumel. Communication before the tour was great (via text and Whats App) - to make sure we didn't get lost and it was very easy to find and connect with our guide Charly. The vehicle was comfortable for us (party of two) and air-conditioned. Charly really made the tour - he was so personable and informative! He really knew a lot about the island and his passion for what he does and the people/culture on Cozumel really showed. He helped provide recommendations of where to go based on our interests and we saw all of the sights we wanted without feeling rushed. We went to Punta Sur and the east side of Cozumel as we want to see the more natural side of Cozumel. He helped with great photographs and also provided a great recommendations for lunch. We had a great time!

Top notch company. Communication was above average, clear, concise, and always a quick response. Felipe was our guide and was incredibly knowledgeable about the island as he was born and raised there. We requested specific stops and he was phenomenal at each one, helping us out and guiding us. We were so disappointed to miss our tour of Cozumel due the ship not being able to berth in the port. It meant a last minute cancellation with this private keep tour company. They were so understanding and without any drama, gave us a full refund.
We chose this company over the others because we wanted to escape the crowds and we could choose our own itinerary, so that was a big plus as we would have been able to stay longer at places if the mood took us.
For those of you thinking of booking a tour of Cozumel island and booking through the cruise for “peace of mind”, think again. Yes, the port of call can be cancelled last minute, and your cruise book tour is obliged not to charge you. But this company also appreciated that and honoured the refund. So take confidence from that and book something that is a tour of your choice rather than being herded with the crowds.

Our guide, Arturo, was absolutely amazing! He worked with us to plan a spectacular day hitting everything on our "want to do list". We did tequila tasting, chocolate tasting, Mayan ruins, lunch, beach, shopping and MUCH more! Arturo catered to our every need, including a trip to the candy store! We had the most amazing day with our guide, Anna. She took us to an awesome beach club where we could snorkel right off the beach and the lunch was great there as well. We then took a tour around the whole island and she knew just where to stop. This was the best excursion of our weeklong vacation! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to break away from big groups!

We booked last minute for a 3 hour tour around Cozumel. Enrique was waiting for us at the terminal, which was great providing we only booked a short time before. Our guide was very informative, spoke fluent English, and was such a nice guy. Highly recommend for a very affordable and scenic adventure around Cozumel.
