Although I still rate this a 5 star, I have experienced frustration an disappointment on the day of pick up. The drivers of both vehicles were nice and courteous.

Our driver was there on time and communicated with us by Whatsapp a few days ahead so we had confidence that our booking would be fulfilled to our satisfaction. Upon arrival we were picked up promptly and delivered to our hotel.

Arrivals is a disorganised and confused mess - queues for machines scattered illogically along corridors meaning people queue unnecessarily when there are more machines further along. Staff barking at passengers to compensate. Carousel info slow, meaning ppl standing around waiting to know where to collect luggage. Embarrassment for Sydney and NSW.

Before the actual pickup there was confusion on my part because I received different information. Once I got in touch with my driver Wade everything was great. His direction to the pickup was concise and he was easy to find. The drive to my drop off was enjoyable. See

Our driver was right on time. Great communication via text when he had arrived along with a photo of the vehicle. We had a safe, uneventful ride and arrived at the airport in great time. The van was spacious and immaculately clean. Our driver was friendly and personable. We appreciate him picking us up on Christmas day!

Sydney airport is a mess. Signage is non-existent, trying to pick up a rental car takes longer than a domestic flight from Brisbane- there is no rental pick up at the domestic airport folks and you have to get a shuttle bus for Avis/Budget to there place way out in the woods and a seperate shuttle bus for Sixt rental, BUT!!! This bus isn’t a rental bus this bus is the domestic - international terminal transit bus. They have kept this secret from us. There used to be no signage to tell you this very important fact. You have to guess!! And coming off a flight when you just want to get your car and go where your going kinda pisses you off. A LOT. So Sydney Airport pull your socks up invest in some way finding signage and stop making and absolutely horrendous expect for travels even worse. Big fail to Sydney airport. Also Sixt car rental kinda suck on this too but mainly Sydney airport.

Frank was an excellent driver and explained areas around Sydney, transportation options and answered many of our questions. No car pickup called local company twice and viator. Viator said everything was good. Called the local they said nothing came from viator.no info for pickup and no car.
