A very nice moment.
We were originally supposed to go hot air ballooning which had to be canceled due to the wind. Mirna suggested we replace it with the quad. We have not been disappointed.
We would have appreciated it lasting a little longer and getting a little deeper into the site which was magnificent. A little too much time spent on the 2 breaks, not necessarily useful.
We were picked up and taken back to our hotel. The guide who accompanied us was very nice.
We were advised to buy cheichs sold locally to avoid dust. The price was a bit high.
The sunset took place next to the quad garage on a hillock. It was very pretty although we were expecting to observe it from somewhere more remote from everything.
Thanks to Mirna who was present by WhatsApp exchange before and after for the side of the activity.

The quad tour itself is quite good. It goes through the desert and up and down sand dunes. You also get a tea in the desert and climb up a hill, which is nice.
However, even on a quad tour the tourism nonsense doesn't stop. It begins with you having to buy a tourist scarf on the tourist market for tourist prices (150 egp!). This is mandatory for the tour. Instead of a helmet, lol. And it ends with a stop at an Alabaster tourist trap where they try to sell you rocks.
