We originally booked the second flight but got upgraded to the sunrise flight (first flight). We got a complimentary breakfast and there was even some entertainment while dining over the Nile river. Amazing experience. Definitely recommend a MUST DO

I had a wonderful experience doing the hot air balloon. The pilot Sam was extremely kind and friendly. He explained every step of the activity. He also made sure everyone was satisfied with the view :) I highly recommend it !

It was a very good experience ! Luxor site is wonderful. The people of the compagnie was kind.
The compagnie offered us a breakfast with a show which was good.
I take off 1 star because we were the last balloon which went up so we loose the beginning of the sunrise. Also, it was a little bit hot inside.

One of a kind experience, from pickup to landing it was so smooth and so professional I enjoyed every moment of my trip, they upgraded my package for free and at the end of their trip we got a surprise party with a nice egyptian breakfast. Thank you so much!!! Highly recommended!!!!

very good experience in hot air ballooning, despite everyone being surrounded by souvenir sellers as soon as we land. the problem with the experience is at the breakfast level where we were welcomed by Ahmed who forces us to put a note in front of him and send him the screen, which forces us to put a good note while he does not is not pleasant. he still collected our phone to rate himself 5/5 on get your guide without asking our opinion and without even informing us.

It was a great experience it was my first time doing a hot air balloon and such a great place to do it. I had booked the second flight but got messaged that they could fit me in and upgrade me to the sunrise flight which I am very fortunate to have had absolutely beautiful sunrise in Egypt weather so clear got to see the monuments in the good weather. All the staff were very polite a great captain too pick up was prompt and sorting the balloon entrance and exit was fast. I also got invited on a free morning breakfast party down the Nile which was great lovely food and scenery a great day definitely a must do.

It was an absolutely breathtaking experience! Highly recommend it if you’re in Luxor, temples and historic sites feel so different when you see them from above. I got picked up at the crack of dawn and after 2 more transfers (car-boat-van) we arrived at the airport. Captain was very friendly and courteous, showed us how to brace for landing which wasn’t necessary after all, the whole flight was so smooth. The hot air is HOT! Wear a hat if you can, you’re directly underneath the flame. The views are amazing, you will be speechless at the magnificent view in front of you.. I’d bring a wrist strap so you won’t accidentally drop the phone. Probably one of the best thing to do in Luxor! Definitely worth it.
