Depending on the product you book (arrival or departure), your private driver will be waiting for you at the pre-arranged time.
For arrivals: Driver will be at the arrivals terminal of Fiumicino airport holding a sign with your name. Once you booked our team will contact you and send you a picture of the meeting point. You will be dropped off in the city of Rome or Civitavecchia, depending on the product your have chosen.
For departure: Your driver will pick you up in your hotel or place of choice in the city of Rome, at your desired time. Please inform us the time your flight departs, so we can recommend best pick up time.

Our driver was on time, friendly, and very helpful! Private van with plenty of room for 7 people plus baggage. A perfect transfer from our hotel to Fiumicino.

Got the job done. Our driver was nice. Easy to find. Could've maybe used a bit of AC when we first got into the van after lugging our luggage, but things cooled down with the windows open shortly after we got moving. Thanks!

The driver was punctual and very helpful. We had a large party with a lot of luggage. There was no issue fitting everything in the van! We arrived on time for our flight.

We were a party of 6 ladies (65 +) we travelled to Rome for a city break. We had booked our transfer through Hoopa ,as we had done several times before. When we arrived at our collection point there was no sign of our driver. When I telephoned the contact number I was told we were a no show . The car arrived at the airport before the plane, we had to disembark the plane, pass through passport control, collect our cases the walk to the collection point. This journey takes some time, we did not linger, but we are elderly and not olympic athletes. This has never happened to us before, but it makes it dubious as to whether we would use them again. It cost us 2 taxis at 50 euros each to travel to our hotel.
