this was the most worst experience ever had we had bagage missing had to pay for extra $300 for the flights back to cairo as we wernt booked on a flight back to our hotel

After arriving the Nile cruise namely Magic-1, it is observed that the cruise operator has changed the site seeing schedule. In the itinerary when I was booked, the schedule was as following
I. 1st day (21.02.2023)- Aswan the amazing city famous by the Nubian culture
2. 2nd day (22.02.2023)- Edfu.Edna lock & Sailing Nile Cruise
3. 3rd day (23.02.2023)- Luxor West -East Banks & valley of the kings
However, The tour operator has changed the schedule of tour and kept the Day-3 visit to Luxor West - East on 24.02.2023 which was on 23.02.2023 in earlier schedule as sent by Viator, and I made arrangement for return ticket for train on 24.02.2023 at 10.55 am . However, the operator told to cancel the train ticket for availing the 3rd day tour on 24.02.2023. But it not possible to change the itinerary from my end as I made all the program as per your pre-scheduled program. So, I was bound to cancel my 3rd day tour program.

Fun! Our tour guide, Ramzy Ahmed was awesome— very attentive to our needs, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable of all the sites we’ve visted. Ramzy made sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend his services.
We learned that the best time to visit is from October to May when the weather is cool and comfortable. Summer months could be really hot and a little inconvenient to tour the sites since the temperature could go up to 115degrees F!
Overall a wonderful experience!
