Very well organised trip. Mohamed Shakour was our guide and was amazing. He looked after us so well. Really informative and helpful and even arranged a surprise birthday cake for my wife on the cruise ship! I can’t praise Mohamed enough and would recommend him to anyone as a tour guide. He put a few extras in the tour with no cost and made each visit interesting with his humour and knowledge. If you plan on doing this trip ask for Mohamed Shakour!

Delist dishonest Egypt tour company fro your supply pool.
If possible, I will give Viator and the tour operator "Here Egypt Tour" a negative rate. I booked and paid full of $2679.72 CAD in July 7th for "enjoy 8 days Egypt tour package from Cairo with flight" starting on Oct 4th. Booking number 1034791851. On Sept 23, when we were in Mediterranean cruise, "Here Egypt Tour" sent me a message asking me to rebook the same trip, but with the price of $3450 USD, equivalent $4630 CAD. More than $1800 CAD for the same trip. I contact with Viator, but got no helps at all. I cancelled the booking and found similar trip with the price compatible to our original one on Tourradar. "Here Egypt Tour" even said if I direct rebook with them, without involving Viator, they can give me a low price of $3200 USD. I refused. I am asking Viator to delist "Here Egypt Tour" from Viator tour supply. It lied to me that all the Egypt tour has increased the price. it is not true! "Here Egypt Tour"is an unreliable, dishonest and greedy tour company.

Such an amazing tour..... well put together, fabulous service (above & beyond)! Includes knowledgeable guides of historic sites, markets etc..... my guide in Cairo, Dodo was quick to pick up on what inspired me. The boat from Aswan to Luxor was 5 star and the guide Ramsey was fabulous..... he catered to all our requests & was unfaltering in his knowledge...... highly recommended! The staff on the cruise were also exemplary! Such a worthwhile experience..... I highly recommend it!
I will certainly return!
