Five friends of us have been in Jordan for a week and it has been a unique experience. It is a beautiful, safe and hospitable country. I especially liked Petra and the desert, I recommend coming and enjoying it.
The professionalism and human quality of the agency's workers have made each visit and each stay unbeatable. Highlight, of course, our driver, translator, guide and advisor Alaadiin, who has taken us to all the places and has helped us a lot.
Finally, tell people who think it is dangerous or have doubts, that it is one of the safest and most welcoming countries I have ever been to. I would definitely recommend taking this trip.

Aida from Jordan Horizon Tours is the best! She gave us an exceptional experience in Jordan. In addition to that, she is always available for you and gives the best of what you want.
We went in May for a 6 days and 5 nights tour to Jordan, enjoyed magnificent places such as Dead Sea , Petra & Wadi Rum.
I would highly recommend coming to Jordan as it is a very safe country to visit. Plus that people here are very friendly and very welcoming. I really felt like home. Definitely coming back and choosing Jordan Horizons for any tours needed around!

The tour was amazing, Hasan showed us around the most important cities and explained a lot of history while we were traveling between places, he was very welcoming and friendly. Would recommend this tour to get to know Jordan.

Overall ok.
The 4 star hotels were at best 2+ stars.
Breakfast was very average in every hotels that we stayed in: hotels in Amman, Dead Sea, Petra and Wadi Rum.
Only 2 towels for the 2 of us at Petra Tree Hotel; and it took THEM 45 minutes to figure out how the TV works. JHT intervened (thank you) and then we got extra towels.
Our driver was a nice guy but he was checking his phone and was quite distracted many times while driving on the highway.
The car was old and not comfortable.
In Wadi Rum, due to cancellations, there were only 6 occupants and hence the buffet dinner was cancelled and the individualized dinner plates were of poor quality. A piece of chicken was the ONLY main item; but my wife does not eat chicken and could not eat anything. The only other option they gave her, were some potato wedges!
Breakfast was even worse. A plate covered in plastic which had few pieces of cold bread, some cheese and 2 hard boiled eggs per person.
The jeep driver for the 4x4 desert tour, wanted to end the tour within an hour and due to language barrier, it was a huge challenge and we had to seek help from the drivers of other tourists, who spoke good English. Our driver did not speak any English.
I don’t think JHT was aware that the desert camps had significantly cut down their services due to cancellations resulting from the ongoing armed conflicts in Israel.
Anyways, overall, we survived the tour, that’s all I can say.

Absolutely recommended tour! Impeccable organization in every single detail: welcome at the airport, booking of hotel facilities suited to our requests, attention to our every single need. We found in Hisham a precious and friendly guide, who pampered us for the entire duration of the trip, always making us feel at home. Absolutely recommended!

Jordan horizon guarantees professionalism and punctuality never seen before. From arrival at the airport to departure, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. Our guide Hisham was like a brother throughout the tour. He pampered us with small gestures, from the always guaranteed bottle of water, to the snack during the journey, to the ice cream, to the typical dessert of the area, to any possible need during the journey. He took care of booking lunches, dinners, excursions, even when you were temporarily assigned to another guide or driver, he made sure that everything was perfect and in order. An experience that I absolutely recommend to anyone who is "skeptical" of the serenity or tranquility of excursions in these territories. Jordan Horizon and Hisham made us feel at home even with environments and cultures different from ours!

Enjoyable trip. Trip advisor was Aida, drivers were Hisham and Abu Shehab, all very helpful, friendly, and responsive. Excellent experience. Great tour guides in Jerash, Wadi Rum and in Petra. Highly recommended.

All the excursions offered were extraordinary, the hotels chosen incredible, the guides adorable, the driver and I must mention his name ALADDIN because he was just perfect and I highly recommend him because he was kind and gave very good advice during our whole trip through Jordan
