WHAT TO EXPECT

1. Krakow
The trip to Zakopane and Hot Springs will begin in Krakow with pickup from your chosen place, Hotel or Apartment. The driver will pick you up at the set time and then take a travel to Zakopane lasting about 2 hours.
2. Krupowki Street
After reaching the place you will visit the city of Zakopane. The driver will show you the central point of the town which is "Krupówki" street. This street is the town market square and is full of tourists looking for souvenirs, trying local cuisine, admiring the style of architecture, clothing and music specific to this region of Poland.
3. Gubalowka
At the end of the main street is located station of cable car. As part of the tour you will be able to use the cable car, which will take you to the top of the Gubałówka mountain where will be a beautiful view on the Polish Tatra Mountains.
4. Zakopane
In the town of Zakopane will be a break for lunch and selfsightseeing.
5. Wielka Krokiew - Ski Jumping Hill
Every year in Zakopane, the World Ski Jumping Competition is organized, and as part of the trip you will be able to see this place.
6. Chocholow
Chocholow is a wooden village where local people so-called highlanders produce smoked sheep cheese called "Oscypek". On your way to the hot springs you will stop in one of the wooden houses and be able to see for yourself how this cheese is made with the option of trying the cheese. The village of Chochołów, apart from the production of sheep's cheese, is also known for wooden houses built that look almost the same. Washing the walls of houses with water and soap twice a year is a tradition in this area. Thanks to these treatments, the buildings look very new, though are very old.
7. Chocholowskie Termy
After finishing exploring the next part of the trip in Zakopane, the driver will transport you to the Hot Springs in Thermal Chochołow. You will spend here about 2,5 hours enjoying the health effects of thermal waters and you will be able to relax after all day of sightseeing. As part of the visit to Hot Springs, a lot of pools and attractions are accessible to adults and children.
8. Krakow
After completing, you will return with the driver to Krakow to the agreed place.

This was one of the best days I’ve ever had!!! Honestly it was just brilliant. To start with it was even nice to look at the scenery on the way to Zakopane. It was nice to see the wooden houses but didn’t have much time to look around but isn’t too much to look at. Then moved onto the shepards hut where the cheese was tasty and we got a vodka shot. Beautiful scenery especially in the snow with clear skies. Then Zakopane was lovely and we went straight up the cable cart to the view point, I recommend doing this first as it is not something you will want to rush and may want to spend more time there as there is places to get food and drinks and stalls etc. The view was just stunning and one of the most amazing ones I have seen. It was breathtaking although we were lucky to have the landscape covered in snow yet clear skies to see the whole view. Just brilliant. Then we moved onto the thermal spas which were lovely and warm and hard to see anything with the steam as it was so cold so didn’t get great photos but didn’t matter was a great experience. There is also a bar in the thermal baths. The lower level pool (-1) has more of a fun atmosphere with bar/music and rapid pool etc whereas the pool on the level 0 (I think) was more of a relaxed atmosphere. I didn’t use any of the indoor pools as I wanted to make the most of the outdoor experience.
Highly recommend, worth every penny and loved it!!!!
I believe Michael was our guide and he was really lovely and also gave us information and told us to look out for things on route to Zakopane which was great. He was very knowledgeable about the area and clearly shown us where things are. Then the lights were turned off for us to rest on the way back from the thermal spa so we could have a nap! Best day out !!

The swim outside in the thermal spa surrounded by snow. Would have like more time at Zakopane. Did not think much of the stop at the old wooden houses.

Great trip, sights, views and thermal pools amazing!! Only criticism was that bus a bit cramped!! But a great day all round and tour guide very friendly and knowledgeable!!

10/10 trip! Highly recommend doing this trip on your visit to Krakow. Me and my husband went on the trip and enjoyed the beautiful views, delicious food and good company of those we met on our day out. Mike our tour guide was amazing, good communication before the day to organise collection time and place and shared brilliant recommendations of food/drinks to try and local restaurants to eat at.
Would definitely do this tour again if we were to return.
Thank you again Mike for making our first time to Krakow amazing!

We had an amazing day! We were collected from our hotel in the morning and received excellent communication regarding pickup time the day before.
The day was such a unique experience and amazing value for money. It was planned really well in terms of timings of travel and amount spent at each place.
The first village was lovely and the cheese and vodka tasting at the shepherds hut was yummy!
Zakopane was AMAZING, where we had plenty of time to explore, including getting the funicular to see spectacular Mountain views.
The spa was such a fun experience and rounded the day off so nicely.
Mike was amazing, so friendly, helpful, and gave lots of recommendations throughout the day. The driver was lovely :-)
We had the best day and would not hesitate to recommend this tour. It is a must if you are visiting Krakow!
