Very comfy ride. The driver assisted us with our luggage inside the airport to the van and also when we got to our place of stay to the desk. Great driver. It was nice to not have stress getting to our place of stay. Fully recommend.

Our driver was early, loaded all nine suitcases, was extremely personable and a great driver. The van was clean we got from the hotel to the airport without any issues and on time!!

The driver contacted me about 30 minutes ahead of the pickup to discuss our location. He was waiting for us with a sign and took us to the airport without any hassle.

We had a 9:30 am pickup arranged. No one was at the pickup location and no communication from the app, even after reaching out three times. I had to contact Viator administration for them to reach out to the local service vendor. The administrator was responsive on first attempt. Once contact was established with the local driver, Khalid was accommodating and communicative; he picked us up just before 10:30.
Overall, it was frustrating. I had made arrangements for transportation so my family did not have to wait for transportation.

Our driver picked us up very close to the hotel. He was early and very accommodating. Got us right to the port.

Driver was very courteous and waited patiently while a checked item was located. It came off a different carousel at the airport and took about an hour to locate. Our hotel was on a street that was difficult to get to by auto but he found a way to get us to the door without getting wet in the rain.

Advertised as a van for seven, by it failed to mention that it only seats 6 passengers and the driver. We had 7 passengers in our party and had to pay for a second van to accommodate everyone and our luggage.

Even after confirming the address for pick up the driver never showed up to get us at the cruise port we waited for almost an hour & ended up taking a cab to our hotel.
According to an email I received supposed to get a refund in the next 3-7 days so happy about that.
