El Cielo Snorkel by Private Boat

The crew was great! Carlos, Rocket, and Brenda welcomed us and our toy poodle so graciously. They cared for our dog so we could all enjoy snorkeling together and treated her as family. Rocket and Brenda made sure we saw everything possible including nurse sharks, sea turtles, starfish, and rays. The drinks flowed and the food was absolutely delicious. It was the most amazing day and we couldn’t have hoped for more! Muchas gracias!

Perfect Mother's Day excursion with the family! We went out on El Gordoo with Victor, Jorge, and Brenda and had the best time. Jorge made sure we got to see a variety of sea life on our snorkeling stops including turtles and nurse sharks. We saw some Barracuda as well. Even though it was very windy and choppy, the crew made sure we had a great time. We weren't able to eat in the water due to the choppy water, but they set up lunch for us on the boat and it was GOOD!!!! The Ceviche was amazing and so was the guacamole. Drinks never ran out. I would highly recommend!

Carlos (our captain) and Brenda & Omar, who were his crew, were amazing!!!! I can’t say enough good about them! They looked out for our 9 and 6 year old kiddos while we were in the water. The current was a little bit strong, but we felt super safe having our kids in the water because of the caring crew! Carlos, Omar & Brenda were very kind, friendly and made us feel very safe and comfortable! The snacks were delicious & the photos & videos they took were amazing! I cant recommend them enough! BOOK THEM! You WON’T regret it!!!!!

Called to book this excursion and confirmed the time as our ship was docking within an hour of it leaving. Worked out all the details and 10 minutes later the company canceled our tour the night before leaving. Beware of zero flexibility and customer service

A wonderful day spent with Brenda, Omar and Captain Dino snorkeling in Cozumel. The snorkeling was beautiful, and Brenda captured amazing underwater photos. Just when you didn't think it could get any better than the snorkeling, they took us to a private beach area. The water was about waist deep and they served us delicious snacks and drinks on a floating raft while we relaxed in the water. The overall experience and service was exceptional, and we would do it again if ever in Cozumel. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a private snorkeling adventure and relaxing time on a beach.

Great experience! Island music on the way out. Snorkel guide was informative and patient. Pointed out sea turtles, star fish, lobster, stingray, nursing shark and tons of fish. One of us got sea sick and didn’t get to go to sandbar because it was rough seas, so we went to a beach and had fresh food. Would recommend taking medicine for nausea before. The water was magical colors and the trip was an amazing experience!

We were so pleasantly surprised! Our guide took us out and guided us through the reef. We avoided the large groups of people and saw a lot of beautiful coral and large like such as nurse sharks, turtles, barracuda, and even an eagle ray.

El Cielo is a beautiful place for lunch with sparkling turquoise waters. The guide, captain, and photographer were all very friendly and worked hard to make everything as enjoyable as possible.

Since some in our group are not divers, this was something we could all do together and enjoy. I would highly recommend this tour.

Manuel and Angel were great tour guides for our snorkel trip! Our family were a group of 9 beginners and they were understanding of our lack of ability to snorkel. The "Mi Marcela" was the perfect size for our group. We spent a good amount of time at El Cielito for drinks and snacks. We loved the fish ceviche, guac, and pico they made fresh for us. It was easy to find a taxi from the port and make the short drive to Tortugas for our excursion, and we made it back with lots of time to spare.
The photographer, also named Angel, was very fun and dedicated to capturing great memories for our family. The price for the pictures and videos was a bit pricier than expected but when you think about the work he put in to take them and the memories he captured for us, it was worth each dollar. I would visit again and recommend this trip to all families!

Captain Rico, Christopher (the photog) and the first mate, sorry I don't remember your name, on the El Gordo was an excellent time. My wife and I went with our brother and sister-in-law for her birthday. They took great care of us, letting us do things at our leisure. They took us to some less crowded parts of the reef including a swim with a few turtles. The drinks were always full and they played good music but not so loud we couldn't talk. The stop with the stingrays was great, the ceviche and guac they made was incredible. Chritopher did a good job on the pictures, we ended up buying them for not terrible price considering we can share/split them. We would definitely book with them again.

Great experience! The crew was very informative and nice. We were not able to go to El Cielo original stops due to the weather, but we still snorkeled some some beautiful areas and stopped at a beach where we had drinks and snacks on a floating table. The ceviche was so good! The beach club is very fun, would loved to spend more time there but we ended up not going back after the tour was over, they offered to drop us off closer to the port where we had to pay $3/pp to the hotel to use their dock but was great to have more time to shop around and not worry about transportation back to the cruise. The photos & videos they took underwater were amazing!!! You could chose to purchase individual ones or like all 50 for $200. We had 4 adults & 2 kids (6&12). The taxi from cruise port (15 mins $30). Definitely recommend this tour!
