What a great experience! We had a small group and Emily and capt. Alex were attentive and fun and answered any questions we had. The day was beautiful and the boat was lovely - we even saw multiple dolphins! We all had like an hr to snorkel and there was a lot of beautiful fish to look at & snapped some fun pics. Good beer & soft drink selection. Fun for everyone !

Highly recommend this tour. Emily was super friendly and told amazing stories. The ride was wonderful and the area we snorkeled in had lots of fish and beautiful sea life.

Because of wind we got cancelled. Understandable but I wish we had been given notice instead of standing on the dock with 7 excited children and no boat. We were offered a sail boat ride but they said too rough to snorkel. The Catamarans were still going out — next time I know.

Booked through Viator because our ship didn’t offer much to choose from. Got lucky and our group of 4 had the whole boat to ourselves- and it didn’t change the tour any! Eric and Sara were awesome and made the trip top notch.

Short safety talk at the beginning of the activity made me feel well-prepared.

It was about an hour of beautiful sailing to the reef and an hour back. We spent an hour at the reef. Initially fairly clear, but gradually became more silty with boat traffic...but that's just the nature of these activities. A moderate amount of fish and other marine life.

Eric and Sarah were a great captain and first mate. Safety-oriented, helpful, and friendly.

The boat is big & beautiful especially when there’s only 6 passengers. Crew Sarah & Eric were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The huge disappointment was that we motored out to the reef and back even though it was perfect conditions for sailing. In fact, by the looks of it, that boat has not been under sale for quite some time! I would almost go, as far to say that this is a case of false advertising. The snorkeling was okay. Although the two people who were first-timers had difficulty swimming to the reef while getting accustomed to their snorkel and ended up returning the boat. Sarah continued to offer beverages and chat with all passengers the entire time. Lovely lady.

We had a fantastic time on the sail and snorkel. It was a little choppy the day we were out, but the captain and mate were super helpful and made sure everyone was having a good experience. I would definitely do this trip again!

Eric and Sarah did such an amazing job!! They explained everything thoroughly and were very patient with our two first time snorkelers. Even though it was very windy and the waves were choppy, they had extra float noodles for us, and we saw all kinds of beautiful fish! The boat was not crowded at all, so there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable on the boat and in the water.

Large 54 foot sailing boat with a small crowd means plenty of room to maneuver and enjoy your one hour trip to the diving reef.
Captain Brian and Sarah were fun and informative on our trip ready to answer all your questions.
You snorkel for a hour at a reef that offers plenty of sightings of different species of fish.
Then a one hour trip back maybe with sails up or not depending on the weather. You can sip a beer or wine on your way back as you enjoy many sightings of massive sea turtles in the clear green seas!

Did the 3 hr afternoon sail/snorkel and would recommend to others. Although it's a sail boat, we motored. Staff - Tim & Parker were super friendly, helpful, engaging. Some of the best excursion staff we have experienced. They pointed out various sights on our way out and back. The main picture showing the boat being almost over the reef is a bit deceptive, or at least for the day we went. We had a decent swim from the boat to the reef. Of course we had pool noodles inside our jackets so it was no big deal, but realize there is at least sometimes a bit of a distance. I'm terrified of the open ocean so the swim over was a little mind over matter exercise for me. Once over the reef it was lovely to see the fish. The coral in FL is not colorful, but there are a variety of sizes and colors of fish. Occasional large sea turtles swim nearby. One of the reasons we picked this company instead of others is b/c of the # of people they take. The other catamarans had SO many people jammed on it. Not our boat - room to move, take pics and feel like you're on a special excursion. It was worth the extra $ as we really appreciated the less chaotic atmosphere. Also picked this company b/c had read about the very busy boats just dropping people in pods of jellyfish. Although it was jellyfish season during our snorkel, our captain was very conscientious about where he stopped, calmed our fears and discussed how to navigate any potential encounters. We saw a total of 2 during our snorkel - no big deal. Nobody was stung. fyi - sounds like Man of War season starts in Jan. Drinks were served on the way back (non-alcoholic as well as alcohol) and it was a lovely return to dock. Especially nice if you're staying at the Hyatt or one of the neighboring hotels as it's super easy to access the boat dock behind the Hyatt pool. Be on time! Boat departs within 5 minutes of scheduled time.
