Our driver was there early and texted and emailed me that he was there already. So glad that he was there early as we were able to disembark earlier than planned! The car was spotless and the driver drove professionally and safely. We got to the airport in plenty of time. We will use Rome Cabs again when the need arises. Thank you Rome Cabs!

We used Rome cabs for a transfer from Fiumicino Airport to Civitavecchia, where we stayed the night before embarking on our cruise. Driver was waiting exactly as described in our confirmation, had a sign with our name, wrangled our luggage to the very comfortable mini van, and whisked us off direct to our hotel. So easy and worth every penny for the peace of mind, especially after a long flight / no sleep.

I have used Stefano's RomeCabs 2 or 3 times from Rome to port and also from port to airport. They are always on time. Their vehicles are always clean and in wonderful shape. Te drivers are always friendly and very helpful. I thoroughly recommend them.

The communication of this company is top-notch. We had to adjust our pickup time at the last minute and was easily informed that there would not be an issue and the driver would be waiting for use at the new time.
We were greeted by our driver, who was professional and friendly. Her driving skills were excellent while maneuvering through traffic and we were timely dropped off at the airport ahead of schedule.

The emails were top notch for booking. We had a couple dropped off to the Hilton on our way to Delta drop point. The instructions for booking that were clear and concise.

It was so easy to communicate and plan our trip. They communicated before our trip to confirm their pickup . They confirmed again the day before. It was great to feel secure that someone was waiting for us as we disembarked. Our driver was punctual and courteous. He was able to share his life in Italy and some customs. It was an efficient and enjoyable drive to the airport. I greatly recommend this company. Hopefully, next time we can stay longer in Rome and use them for a tour. I know they would be amazing.
