Our driver Adil was late picking us up from the cruise terminal. His English was not good but we managed to communicate okay for the most part. He took us to the port area, national museum, fancy hotel district, Souk shopping area etc ... and was happy to take us anywhere else we would have wanted to go.
So it felt like we were in charge of the lientery and we did not get a "guided tour" and local information about this lovely city. There was also a lot of pressure to write a positive review about the 4hr encounter before the ride was even finished.

The tour was amazing. We booked a tour to enjoy our long layover in Qatar. Abdullah was very patient with us despite our late start due to long lines in immigration. We took amazing photos, visited many museums and ate amazing food and made it back in time for our flight. I highly recommend this tour.

We booked Farooq through Trip Advisor for a morning city tour & he was superb from start to finish.
He picked us up from our hotel on time & listened to our mobility needs and tailored our city tour accordingly. All through our tour he was very attentive and informative and he was an excellent guide.

Great experience with lots of flexibility because it was a private tour. We were over an hour late coming out of the airport, but felt no pressure. Our guide waited, then toured us around. We actually just wanted to see the Souq, so he took us there. In the process, he shared lots of history with us. After a short tour, our kids were ready to come back to the airport and wait in the lounge for the flight. Great way for us to get out and about during our 10 hour layover.

Good quick tour of Doha. It’s a nice way to spend transit in Qatar. Noor is a good, accommodating guide. I recommend this tour for anyone with layover in Doha.
