Great location to visit with a lot of great picture opportunities. Rampai, our tour guide, spoke great English and was very knowledgeable about everything on the tour. Definitely learned a lot throughout the tour and Rampai also pointed out great places for pictures and to avoid the large crowd.

The instructions said in terms of focus meet at the Golden Palace but what I means is get dropped off at the Golden Palace and go back behind it about 100yards. We arrived there and were trying to find the group and eventually the guide stopped talking to me. Poor communication. I run a tour group and will not do this again. I can’t rate the experience because we didn’t get to use it

The guide didn't show up but said they did. I got billed for it and was told I didn't qualify for a refund. Very disappointed, as I had used Viator before and it was great. After this, however, never again.

Our guide, Tak, was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and personable. We had a small group of four, Tak gave us stimulating tour. Recommended

We were at the staring location provided early, but it was so vague, amongst many other tour parties, that it was impossible to identify our tour group. We ended up getting our own private tour of the Palace at half the Viator price. That was wonderful and to be strongly recommended. Don’t bother with Viator for this location.

The guide was amazing and had a great energy. He explained a lot about the palace and how it came to be. Also, he makes killer photos and makes sure everyone feels comfortable as Bangkok can get quite hot.

This was an unplanned surprise that turned out to be one of our favorite tours. We enjoyed our tour and had a nice relaxing time while seeing and experiencing Bangkok.
