I had a great time having to experience and learn how to cook paella. The chef was awesome, funny and gave us fun facts about the history of paella. I loved the interaction and keeping us engaged on the cooking from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend!!

The Paella Showcooking was fantastic, Antonio is very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining the origins of paella and how it is best made, all while making it fun! Great experience and I highly recommend it to all Sevilla travelers!

We got lucky and it was a really small group of us. Chef Antonio was very engaging. We were given wine/beverage upon arrival along with a plate if cheese, salami & olives. Chef gave us cooking tips and demonstration for the seafood paella. As well as the history. We ate on the roof top terrace along with freshly made sangria. Delightful experience overall. Make sure you provide your email address if you want the recipe.

This was a great experience, loved the rooftop views. The paella was wonderful, now I can make it at home. Learning how to make it, while enjoying tapas and wine!! Definitely recommend this cooking class.

Cancelled on us with less than 6 hours notice. We planned our entire day around this cooking experience and then the host cancelled with no communication.

This is the best way to ensure you get GOOD paella while visiting Spain (outside Valencia). The demonstration with entertaining and included drinks and tapas. The chef (whose name I cannot find online) was fantastic and engaging. We learned a lot about the region, fresh ingredients, and history of the dish and the people of Spain. Above all else, the paella was delicious and the sunset views could not be matched. We sat with a lovely couple from Morocco which made the experience even more charming!

This rooftop paella cooking course/demonstration was terrific.
The Chef was entertaining and the group ambiance was a fun way to meet travellers from around the world.
We are heading home with new cooking skills we’ll be putting to use.
We highly recommend any event he offers up!
