A great day trip to start our holiday in Bali! I booked with Forever Vacation and I was surprised by the level of customer service they provided before, during and after my tour. They were the best tour agency that I booked with during my time here!
It started with a WhatsApp group where you’re able to chat to the whole team ahead of your tour and ask any questions you may have. On the day I met my driver Suarnaya who was the best driver I had in Bali as well. He was extremely kind, friendly and knowledgeable and always offered his help. My impression and experience with him is what made me want to do another tour with Forever Vacation as I knew we would be well taken care of. Everything was handled for us from start to finish. In the island tour we had Surya who was also an excellent and capable tour guide. He took great pictures of us and knew his way around the island very well. He even helped take care of me when I got a bit sick because of the heat and I really appreciated that.
Overall, our Bali holiday was off to a strong start thanks to Suarnaya and Surya who I would recommend to anyone!

Good Support for Luggage Transfer on the Ferry Boat.
Flexible drop off at our Hotel on Nusa Lembongan as we elected to not come back to Bali at the end.
But once once on Nusa Lembongan Island, I felt that we could have easily done it by ourselves, booking the Ferry boat (on Gili Ferries Web Site) and renting a Car or a Scooter, as the added Value from the private Guide was somewhat inexistent.

The team at Forever Vacations Bali were very accommodating of my last minute booking for this day trip. I was sent detailed information on the schedule, my driver and guide, and handy tips through WhatsApp very quickly. Syifa answered my questions I had the night before and checked in throughout the day. My driver, Ajunk was both very considerate and enthusiastic. He arrived promptly, checked if I'd eaten breakfast, and accompanied me to collect my ticket with Aka (apologies if I haven't spelt that quite correctly). The boat ride went smoothly, and I met my guide for the day Balo on Nusa Lembongan. Balo was great company, he was good fun, and also allowed me to take my time to explore different spots. I really loved the mangrove boat cruise, I think it would be cool to try SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) or a kayak too. The lunch restaurant had a spectacular view between Lembongan and the smaller island, and the food was delicious. We then explored Devil's Tears and Dream Beach, which was awesome. Balo took photos throughout to capture the experience. Upon my return, Ajunk was great at keeping in touch with a change in the parking, we had a clear meeting point and the timing worked perfectly. He was happy to accommodate a quick stop on the way back to the hotel. Ajunk was very kind, and he was so lovely to talk to, and practice speaking English (which he did very well!). Very well planned day, great communication throughout to ensure I felt comfortable through the process of arriving to the port, catching the boat and returning. Thanks for such a memorable final day of my Bali Trip! My only regret is not staying for a few nights at Lembongan. I would highly recommend this day trip, and if you have the opportunity, spend a few days on Lembongan and explore Nusa Panida as well!

Our drivers Erba and Balo were exceptional making the trip stunning. Erba showed so much enthusiasm in where we were from (Ireland) and was happy to play some music from Irish artists. He was so kind and sang along for some carpool karaoke.
Balo was very accommodating and even helped us tick a bucket list by bringing us to a place we can hire snorkel equipment even though it wasn’t on our itinerary! Loved every part of the journey and would highly recommend!

I would like to thank our car drivers Verry and Alus its was a pleasure riding with you guys and the cars absolutely top notch 10 out 10 for you guys.
I would also like to thank our tour guides Balo and Eko for there hospitality when we arrived at the island its was much appreciated and 10 out of 10 for you guys as well.
All in we had an exceptional experience I would fully recommend these guys thankyou.

Great day exploring Lembongan, with ferry ride from Sanur, very short walk in water at island (no pier), greeted by Balo and my adventure started. Mangrove boat ride, devil tear, dream and managers beach , and a delicious lunch with a great view. Balo was great and took some great photos. Thank you so much for making my day great.

Fun day, saw many places in Nusa Lembongan. Organisation was great. Drivers in Bali and Nusa Lembongan were really friendly and fun. Excellent communication via What’s app in advance and during the tour. We has some time left at the end and the driver took us to Ohana’s beach club (at our request) and waited for us. Very flexible and easy.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. We were picked by the cheeky Aji and looked after until we set off on the high speed boat, roughly 30 minutes. Once we had arrived Dogong took us to his little truck to start our adventure. We started with a trip through the mangroves, crossed the yellow bridge to Nusa Penida. From there a delicious lunch followed by a visit to Devils Tears and then a lie on the beach at Dream Beach. Dogong made sure we got to the boat and Aji was waiting at the end end to take us back to our resort. You can pimp your experience if there are other things you’d like to add.
All in all great value for a fantastic day out.
