Viator charge me and still don't do a refund, not in this experience but in the same travel, the Museum is really great and the guide excellent but it has been a nightmare dealing with this refund

Laura was our tour guide and she was simply fantastic. Energetic, intelligent, well-informed, and so passionate about the art. Also, we went at 4:00pm and it was as if we had the entire museum to ourselves - definitely nice to not be competing with throngs of tour groups! Great museum, great guide, great time.

The guide showed us 15-20 works, covering the entire museum. In particular, she explained the various art movements from the renaissance to present. She was interesting and engaging. Very nice experience.
