The collection of twentieth-century paintings and sculptures was formed by Peggy Guggenheim and embraces all the major artistic European and American movement: Picasso, Calder, Kandinsky, Giacometti, Jackson Pollock, Joan MIrò, Max Ernst, Salvador Dali, Piet Mondrian and it’s exposed in her private house-palace in Venice.You will learn about Peggy's life, some anecdote and her role in the Venetian life.

For our second visit to Venice, we chose to visit this little treasure of contemporary art. Thanks to our excellent guide who introduced us to Peggy's life and work with familiarity and simplicity.
