A middle-aged lady shows up who didn't speak Italian, didn't speak English and knew nothing about SEVILLE
No identification card and a tour around the outskirts of SEVILLE away from the tourist police. She asked us to stay in front.. she asked us to stay behind..
sent a complaint email to Guydeez and a refund request: NO REPLY
Don't book with them... it may be fine for you but it may not be
