Cozumel Snorkeling Tour: Palancar, Columbia and El Cielo Reefs

Our crew was amazing. Super friendly, informative and courteous. We had a great time. The water was incredibly clear at our last location.
We saw lots of fish, turtles, starfish and stingrays. We would definitely do this tour again.

There weren’t many fish or sea creatures at all and all 3 snorkeling locations were very empty. The water was clear and we got to see 3 tortoises, but other than that there are much better other snorkeling locations. We also spent very little time at each destination (but because of the lack of fish, it’s ok that we left quickly). The tour was also organized poorly where at the end, the tour guides make everyone stand in the water for 40 mins while they tidy the boat, even though it shouldn’t have taken that long and everyone seemed like they wanted to get back on to the boat and leave.

Great trip. My son and I genuinely enjoyed the trip with Capt Alberto and host Miguel. Never felt rushed during the snorkeling, and each spot was beautiful. A big advantage to this excursion is the size: its limited. The last thing you want is a boat with 20-30 people on it all swimming around the same spot. We had a blast and saw abundant wildlife. The reef is pristine. It's 4.5 hours of ocean scenery. You end the day on a great sandbar with beers and the Capt's own guac recipe served on a floating raft. It was blissful, and we loved it. I will certainly book them again. (Note: if staying in Playa-book your own ferry tix to Cozumel)

It was an enjoyable day seeing many types of fish, some star fish, and even a few nurse sharks. We were on a cruise ship docked by Margaritaville and took a taxi to the marina and walked back afterwards. If you don't mind walking it is an easy distance.

Great tour! Guides were very helpful and took care of everyone. It was nice that we had a small group (12 people) and they were great about showing us specific things in the ocean and taking pictures for us. Exactly as described and would recommend!

I hate writing bad reviews, but in all honesty, I was not impressed with this tour group. The snorkel gear they gave was aweful. Very cheap and did not provide flippers. My goggles kept fogging up so i missed a lot of stuff. You are only at each point for about 15 minutes. It takes the boat almost an hour to get to the first spot so when you are on a time crunch like most of us all were, because of cruise disembarking, it made it less enjoyable. The crew didnt seem to care much about us making it back on time and Im pretty sure they were drinking though out the boat trip.

This tour was amazing. The sites are beautiful. Joel was our guide and he was the best. Great customer service and he made sure we didnt miss anything. We will definitely do this tour again.

We had a rocky start but after speaking to the crew they really compensated us for that. Staff was amazing, friendly, always making sure we were okay and the places they took us to, were just breathless. Definitely recommend them and their tours.
