We had a fantastic day visiting the Virgin Mary's House and Ephesus. It was a private tour so we were able to go at our own pace and we could hear everything that our guide (Tez) was explaining to us.
We only organised it a few days before we travelled to Kusadasi and everything from the initial contact to pick up was well organised with excellent communication.
We were able to stay for Mass at Virgin Mary's House and this was a great experience. It's at 10am on Sundays so anyone organising a tour might keep that in mind.
Ephesus was really interesting and again Tez was able to enrich the experience with his knowledge. His English was excellent and he was very good company.
Lunch was great and then we had a demonstration on carpet weaving and silk spinning. Obviously they want you to buy a rug but it's not a "hard sell" and you just have to let them know if you're not interested. The demonstration was worthwhile though, especially watching how they unravel the silk balls!
We found the day great value for money, especially considering the fact that they collect you and drop you off and the whole day is yours to choose what you do.
Would definitely recommend it to others.

We toured with Mr. Inan. Wonderful experience. Highly recommended. Prompt. Nice. Affordable. Kids enjoyed it too. Great story teller.

Very interesting visit, very friendly and trained Spanish-speaking local guide. It makes you interested in history. Own high-comfort transportation.
