Your evening begins with a short panoramic drive through the city center and on the slopes of the sacred hill you will be able to see, admire and take photos of the illuminated Acropolis. Greek dance was the only good highlight for this tour and it was really good. The food was ok for others and not a good vegetarian option.
If you go during the summer, you won't see Acropolis lights as advertized in this pic. I wish that they have taken us after dinner Acropolis so we can see the lights. Instead we were taken around at 8.45 before dark.
We left the tour and walk by ourselves to see the lights which is only 5mimts walk from dinner.

Joseph was a terrific tour guide. The nighttime view of Acropolis was disappointing since it was twilight time. The Greek-Style restaurant and show was very good. Service was quick and appetizers and main course were yummy. The wine was included and paired well with the food. The dancers were great and invited all the guests to join them on stage. The pickup at hotel was nice plus our tour bus was brand new and very comfortable.

What a full on night of entertainment! Picked up by a nice guy George, who took us with bus and driver for a photo opportunity at the bottom of the acropolis (in the background).
We had a small walk through restaurants to our location and entertained from ghe moment we arrived to the last dance. Creative singers and dancers inspiring us to dance and get up on stage to join the fun and laughs. All the while being fed fresh food and enjoing others company. Totally worth it if your looking for dinner and a show.

Food was awesome and plenty of it, all the wine we could drink, delicious, the Greek music and dancing was sooo much fun. We had a ton of fun ! Neighborhood that restaurant is in is very charming.

First of all, I would say, it’s not what was promised in the advertising. We did not see Athens by night. We were picked up one hour late- by Maria, our tour guide. She was rude, and unapologetic about the delay. The night drive to the Acropolis was nixed because of the time. Not our fault- she took us straight to the dinner/ dance which we enjoyed- however we really wanted the night lights tour.
After we were driven home- she left several stops before us and left us with the driver.
Poor service and disappointing evening.

The dancers and musicians were most favorable. Though the tour guide was knowledgeable about the land; the tour around town felt short and the tour guide was constantly not talking into the microphone and mumbling. I am happy however at how good the dinner was even when the music was a little loud and that the bus could drive you back to the hotel whenever making sure you get home safe.

SCAM SCAM DONT GO! I would give zero stars if I can. The trip is a waist of money and time. They picked us at 7:00 while the show started at 9:00, during this time we went in a stupid tour around Athens. The performance was by ametures performer and bad voice singers. Plus the food was disgusting. We left the show before it end since it was boring like hell.

We were picked up at our hotel. Our tour guide was very friendly, fun and knowledgeable! We drove by the Acropolis and stopped for photos. We continued on to Plaka. We got out of the van and walked to the restaurant. There were 13 of us. It was about 4 or 5 blocks. The restaurant was very traditional Greek. We sat at one long table. We had bottles of red and white wine and water on the table. They served salad, bread ,corn, and humus. Then we had a choice of chicken, beef or pork meal. The entertainment started soon after we sat down. They continued for 2 1/2 hours. They were amazing! As well as the belly dancer , talent and costumes. They involved the audience which was fun. It was a fun experience eating a traditional Greek meal while watching folk dancing! We were returned to our hotels. It was a wonderful experience!

We had a great time, watching foklor dances and lunch as its not easy to see greek folklor show any more in Greece.

Had an amazing time! Had a blast listening to live, traditional Greek music, seeing the lively singer perform and most of all watching the dancers perform. In particular, the men's performance was incredible and even mesmerizing at times! You gotta see the knife dance and watch the glass balancing act! Sit towards the front if you can because then you can really be a part of the action. My favorite part was when the dancers called on people from the audience to go on stage. I danced with the singer and one of the male dancers also. I felt like I was part of the show! I felt so joyous and welcomed! The performers seemed just as happy as I was to see me having fun on stage. Even if you aren't like me (I jump up and dance when I get the opportunity to do so) still just GO for this event! You won't regret it.
While the show itself is family friendly, I didn't see any children in the audience. Since it is quite loud, I wouldn't recommend this event for families with small children. There is wine at the table and unlike the US, no one is checking IDs. So if this is a concern, perhaps this show isn't recommendable for children under drinking age either, even if they are older. This event is suitable, however, for solo adult travelers because you easily meet people in your tour group. It's also great for couples and families with adult family members.
I think this event is a good value because the tour company includes transportation to and from the event, it includes dinner + house wines and water and the amazing show also. The dinner is plenty. You get appetizers, bread, a main dish and dessert. As I recall, you have a choice of pork or chicken. I chose chicken. If you are vegetarian, I suggest informing the tour company ahead of time so they can inform the restaurant. There was a group of 5 vegetarians on our tour and the restaurant was able to accommodate them. Nevertheless, prior to arriving at the restaurant our tour guide wasn't really sure if vegetarian dishes could be accommodated or not. So better to not to leave dinner to chance and instead, inform Viator early just to be safe if you are vegetarian or perhaps have other dietary restrictions. I think the group on our bus maybe got lucky. Not sure.
This was my first Viator activity but second time attending this particular event since I enjoyed it so much. It was completely worth it and a true highlight of my vacation.
