What a wonderful experience! I highly recommend it. You start with a visit to the market which is both fun and informative. Next a lovely little walk to the kitchen. Then the fun really begins. You start with sangria and tapas. Then the work begins creating the paella. It was so much fun and we even learned some new cooking tips.
The staff is so amazing. Honestly they made the experience! Jose, Ana and Juon. (My apologies for the incorrect spelling of their names). They were fun but also very knowledgeable. We had a fantastic time cooking with our group.

We had a blast making the paella! 4 of us were to attend the 5pm evening class, however we were contacted weeks ahead of time by Jose, the owner via What's App.
He expressed his regret that the 5pm class wasn't available on the day we chose and offered the 11am class instead. The switch worked with our schedule and was not a problem. Our market visit,paella making, tapas and sangria were lovely, and I now find my self craving the recipes. Lucky for My First Paella has the recipes on their website. The 3 people instructing us were energenic, upbeat and fun! We highly recommend!

Hands down one of my favorite things i’ve done in Spain! I had so much fun walking through the market and learning about authentic Valencian Paella. We were kindly served tapas and sangria before we started cooking. Our hosts were accommodating and knowledgeable (and FUN)! Everyone had a chance to help cook. Plus the food was DELICIOUS. 10/10 recommend!

Christina, Juan, and Anna were wonderful. We had so much fun at the market and the cooking facility. They were very concerned about making the paella according to tradition and guided everyone through the experience. Everyone participated and we made friends. Sangria and tapas were a nice addition.

I had a fantastic time. I was a solo traveller on this experience. The guides were super friendly and the other people on the trip were super friendly. A real taste of Spain and I would highly recommend it. Not to be missed
