A trip which had to be done. The firm we booked with cancelled at very short notice so we went with the 8 seater instead; we got the back seats from which I could see practically nothing but managed to change to front seats on way back. Driver knowledgeable and spoke very good English, although heavily accented- unfortunately he spoke to the windscreen so we didn’t hear very much. No commentary on way back.

The tour was very well organised -from clear pick up instructions to a decent coach and a very knowledgeable guide.
Peles castle was definitely worth seeing - we would have liked to see more rooms but not sure if that's possible with any tour.
Brasov was a lovely town. I would recommend walking away from the square for lunch- there's many more restaurants less touristy in the adjacent streets.
Bran castle was a bit of a let down - cramped inside, lots of stairs, boring interior. The surroundings were the best part.
Don't forget a jumper or coat as it's much cooler in the mountains than the city!

Sergio was a great guide. Peles is very impresive inside and out. Views of mountains a delight. Bran castle position up top was a sight to remember.

The Tour Company is untrustworthy and unreliable. We were left behind and not taken for the tour, citing flimsy reasons.
