We are so grateful that we took advantage of booking through Ryan not only for airport transfers but also for our Dunns River Falls excursion. Chris was our driver for all- we loved him! He shared so much history about Jamaica with us and made our rides so enjoyable. Ryan was always quick with responding to emails. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Cannot wait to come back to beautiful Jamaica!!

RGS did a great job, they were there waiting for us early, great friendly service! They were also cheaper than the other quote we received, and had better customer service from the start! Highly recommend!

We recently booked RGS Travel for the 3rd time for our airport transfers to Negril and back. Once again, the service was amazing - Ryan goes above and beyond to make it an enjoyable time. It’s easy to book with RGS Travel, they have always been very flexible when it comes to changes/delays in travel plans and we won’t hesitate to book with them again for our next trip. Where to begin?! Ryan was an absolutely amazing help in organizing a rather complex group trip! From adjustments in transportation (11 people landing at different times with flight changes), as well as keeping in communication, helping with pricing and set ups for excursions, could not have asked for a better company to assist! Not only did he take us for some authentic jerk chicken and patties in addition to our excursion when requested, he also took the time to explain things and "read the room" so to speak on the drive back when others slept after a lengthy day. Will definitely be reaching out to him again for any future trips to Jamaica and would wholeheartedly recommend for transportation, excursions, etc. :)

RGS Travel is simply the best. Ryan is outstanding. Professional, so knowledgeable about the island and telling us the culture. We simply would never use anyone else. We have been using him for 6 years! Also did the Rastasafari excursion, he set everything up and we were picked up at the resort and we had a blast!

Round trip transfer:
Our flight was delayed, so I sent the amazing Ryan an email but he was already watching the incoming flights! When we arrived, he was waiting for us and had drinks available. A clean and comfortable ride with history about Jamaica was perfect. Anytime I’m back, he will be my first call!

Catamaran Excursion:
Chris was our driver and was fantastic! RGS does a wonderful job with being punctual. Email communication to book was simple and efficient. RGS was the best price between two companies that quoted our group of 8. Most of our group didn’t have water shoes for Dunn’s River Falls, so Chris stopped us by a local store to buy some. He also stopped wherever we wanted to go. This company is truly 10/10!
