The crew was great! They were attentive and made sure everyone was comfortable and safe in the water. The food was mediocre at best! Not a lot of food and minimal variety. All things bought from Costco and no home made anything like advertised. The snorkeling was ok, we were able to go to both spots. We did not see turtles but another group had do a few were around. Large variety of fish and the reef at turtle town was nice to go over.

This tour was definitely disappointing from start to finish. It was a 3 hour cruise. Check-in was supposed to be at 12:30 and departure was at 1. They didn’t check us in until 1 and we didn’t leave until 1:30 so that already took 30 min away from snorkeling. The conditions were pretty rough so we didn’t go to the crater (which is understandable) but where they did take us, the water was to deep to see anything and by the time we reached clear water by the shore, it was time to go back to the boat. We only had 20 min of snorkeling. Received a cold hot dog on a stale bun with a small bag of chips. Definitely spend the extra money when looking for snorkeling excursions because you definitely get what you pay for.. This was a sad excuse for an excursion.

The excitement on the kids (7 and 18) faces seeing the largest sea turtle we have ever seen swim right below them. They just stared and giggled. It was so beautiful and peaceful all the colors of coral and sea urchins were amazing.

The snorkeling area is beautiful. The overall experience was great! We were expecting a very basic breakfast and lunch, but the food was very good!

It was a great snorkel and it was awesome to see a sea turtle. Both locations were beautiful. The staff was friendly but it was hard to hear most of the stuff said over the intercom. Disappointing to not have enough food for their light breakfast but thankfully plenty of food for lunch.

We loved snorkeling at Molokini Crater, with the crystal clear visibility. The fish weren’t as plentiful as I’d hoped but it was still a great spot. The waters were rough on the way back to the harbor but the crew did a great job of keeping us safe and taken care of, especially Zach. Mahalo for the fun adventure!

Our anticipated experience with the crew, based on glowing reviews, took an unexpected turn. Instead of being greeted with the famed Aloha spirit, we encountered a more authoritarian atmosphere. Throughout the excursion, directives were delivered rather sternly, with little room for deviation. For instance, during the demonstration, we were not gently guided but rather commanded, warned that failure to comply could result in restricted equipment options later.

The crew's use of the loud speaker to reprimand passengers was unsettling. I distinctly recall an incident where a woman, wearing her snorkel on the right side for comfort, was publicly chastised for not listening to instruction and to switch it to the left. Similarly, a man was scolded for putting on his flippers on in the boat instead of the water. Even the simple act of a woman grabbing bread due to feeling unwell was met with a stern announcement from the captain, WE WILL DO THE SERVING AROUND HERE.

Despite the absence of any prior offer of refreshment, my request for a drink was denied, being told it was too late and that the bar would reopen after we where were packed up and under way. Even a simple request for juice to accompany my sandwich was met with a dismissive response.

The overall ambiance felt more like a school field trip, with passengers being treated like unruly students. The only beacon of positivity was the photographer, who exuded the Aloha spirit and went the extra mile to engage with us in the water, pointing out rays and eels. Regrettably, no crew members ventured into the water with us at Turtle Town, only the lifeguard on the paddle board, leaving us to discover turtles on our own, with many passengers missing out entirely.

To compound matters, the boat's anchored position at Turtle Town was less than ideal, necessitating a strenuous swim against the current to reach the prime location. While I managed due to proficiency in swimming and prior experience, others less familiar with the area missed out and required assistance getting back to the boat, with some needing rescue by the lifeguard.

In summary, while the excursion had its highlights, the overall experience fell short of expectations due to the crew's authoritarian approach, lackluster service, and inadequate guidance at key points during the trip.

Crew was great especially Zach but the tour was decidedly not. They jam people on that boat so there is no room to move. It’s absurd and the snorkeling is just not worth it. There is so much more to see elsewhere. Save your money and your time and skip this
