The tour price included breakfast for three days, but in the end breakfast was only provided for two days. The meeting place on the first day was vague, leaving us running around. The tour guide's attitude and arrangements were very poor. The itinerary was vague and did not explain the scenic spots in detail. The accommodation was not comfortable either, the room was very narrow and the bathroom was very narrow. The first night's stay was terrible. After we checked in, the owner did not allow us to walk in public areas and had to enter our own room. Also, there was a problem with the flushing system of the toilet. We called him and asked him to come and fix it, but he refused to fix it. He just said that we didn’t know how to use it. He knew that there was a problem with the toilet water switch, so he should not rent it to us. The guest, until the guest in the opposite room came to help and urged him repeatedly, he did not show up, but in the end he was unable to handle it. He just said that he would change our room, but it was already 11 o'clock in the evening. We had been struggling with him for two hours. I was too tired, so I didn’t agree to change rooms.

I would never recommend this tour company to anyone , they left in the parking lot for over 4 hours with no communication and nothing around , we were to be picked up at 8 in the morning and the driver never showed up until after 11 closer to 12 , we were to go to dingle never went because was out of hours to drive , couldn’t eat until driver stopped for gas and was able to grab end of days food at the gas bar since everything else was closed . Terrible. The first day of tour they changed pick up and people had to quest and hope they made it , the next day the driver didn’t have room for everyone so one person in group got left behind , accommodated the seniors by putting the couples that had a hard time with stairs on the top floor of the bnb and lots of stairs to climb with luggage . Tried reaching out to company they won’t return emails , phone calls nothing . Terrible customer service , terrible planning , they run overnight tours with day tours .

Paddywagon really went above and beyond to look after us on this trip. When my partner was taken ill in Galway, our driver, Ian, arranged for us to stay another night in Galway and then be picked up by another bus the following day, all at no additional cost. This team is amazing, considerate, and resourceful, and I will absolutely book with them again in the future. Thanks, Ian and Eduardo for everything you did for us.

We had the most incredible time in Ireland, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing tour guide, Mike. From the moment we met, he looked out for us three ladies, ensuring our journey was not just memorable but truly special. Words can't express how grateful we are for his care and expertise throughout the trip.

The B&Bs were fantastic; their hospitality was truly awesome, and the breakfasts were nothing short of fabulous. Paddywagon, the tour company, had everything meticulously laid out for us. Yet, it was Mike who added that extra touch, making our experience all the more enjoyable. He truly made our Irish adventure unforgettable!

Thank you, Mike, forever grateful.

I was pretty disappointed in this tour. We didn't actually do half of the things that were listed in the itinerary. The tour company is completely unorganized. There was a Ring of Kerry triathlon that had been planned for months which shut down the roads we were supposed to go on to see the Ring of Kerry, so we didn't get to see any of it. They tour company had no idea even though it was something they should have known about. Our tour guide, JJ, was great but the company left him in an awful position of having to deal with frustrated customers when things fell through. It was definitely not the trip we had hoped for at all.

The Cliffs on land and sea were our favorite part, although we enjoyed the entire three days, especially the sheep dog demo. The weather was almost perfection. Our tour guide, Ian, was very knowledgeable, professional, a superb driver, timely and clear. We felt very safe in his care and enjoyed his music selections and sing along.

My husband and I just finished the 3 day Southern Ireland tour. Ian was our driver/guide and he was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, funny, and safe on the road. He took us to some beautiful sights. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour. I would highly recommend Paddywagon, and Ian!

The trip was especially successful due to our driver -guide Ian Walsh whose knowledge of history topography and current affairs was exceptional. He added immensely to the experience.

This is a great way to see distant sights without renting a car. However, do not be late returning to the bus or you will be scolded like children or worse, left behind while your luggage is still on the bus. You must wear a seat belt even though 10% don't work, because Ian the driver may well bounce the bus while careening around at high speeds and as he states, you may break your neck, all the while he tells you all the interesting and uninteresting random facts about Ireland. Do not have loud personal conversations at the back of bus with your family or the entire bus will get be scolded and the gym teacher whistle will be blown yet again. The busses really will leave without you. It happened today. And if they overbooked, you may be kicked off with just an apology and refund, nevermind ruining your day. You may be told the days agenda but it may change in a moment and he doesn't alert you. I have no idea where we currently are, where we are sleeping tonight or going tomorrow. Last night half of the bus was dropped off at a hostel to sleep, while the other at an air bnb sharing a house with random strangers. So if you are laid back and go with the flow, this is a great tour for you. If not, it is not.
