1. Firostefani
Optional visit: Photo stop at the famous Blue Dome in the old village north of Fira, which is now united with them and is a settlement. It is characterized by traditional settlements and views of the capital, the sea and the volcano.
2. Oia
Optional visit: It is a traditional settlement in the north of Santorini. Oia is one of the most photographed places in the world, situated on top of an impressive cliff and offers spectacular views. In Oia there are two types of dwellings: the cave houses dug into the volcanic rock on the Caldera cliffs, and the Captains houses. The world famous sunset in Oia is available by choosing an afternoon departure.
3. Pyrgos
Optional visit: Pyrgos is the highest village of Santorini with 33 churches. There you can see the traditional houses.Traditional architecture, remains of neo-classical mansions, narrow winding paths leading up the hillside, small white houses, galleries, vineyards, churches with blue domes.
4. Monastery of Profitis Ilias
Optional visit: the highest mountain that stands some 2,000 feet (600 meters) above the sea. Be amazed by the island vistas around you (360 degrees), and then follow your guide inside the ornate Greek Christian monastery perched at the mountain’s summit.
5. Perissa Black Sand Beach
Optional visit: Free time to relax and enjoy a lazy break at the most famous black sandy beach of the island at Perissa, where you can swim or even have lunch, tasting the local flavors.
6. Red Beach
Optional visit: Admire the red layer of sand at the Red Beach. What makes the beach absolutely charming is its impressive red rock formations, which form a breathtaking landscape.
7. Akrotiri Archaeological Site
Optional visit: Explore the Akrotiri Archaeological Site, a prehistoric Bronze Age city, frozen in time by ash that fell during the Minoan volcanic eruption 3600 years ago. Some speculate that this is the origin of the mythical city of Atlantis.Visitors are welcome to explore the archaeological site of Akrotiri at their own pace.
8. Megalochori - Traditional Village
Optional visit: This settlement is made of hundreds of small white painted houses with exquisite architecture. The picturesque Megalochori is a maze of winding streets, with whitewashed houses and churches with blue domes and ornate bell towers.
9. Estate Argyros
Optional visit: Estate Argyros has been established in 1903, but the Argyros family has been involved in wine production for decades before that. It is the largest private owner of vineyards in Santorini and the current landholdings exceed 120 ha, a vast, four-generations-long investment.
10. Santo Winery
Optional visit: Visit and tour of the winery, show of an educational film about wine, winetastings, purchase from the shop of local products from Santorini and from across the country make up some of what you can do here. A taste of wines. Specialized enologists give away the wine’s hidden secrets, while the visitors may taste and get to know the various types of company’s famous wines.One of its pluses is also the magical views of the caldera.
11. Wine Museum Koutsogiannopoulos
Optionas visit: A unique natural wine museum to learn the history of wine production in Santorini dated from 1660 to 1970. The museum occupies a natural cave of 300 meters long with corridors shaped like maze.

Our Driver, Vasilis was amazing, he waited 2 1/2 hours for us to get off the ship. He made us feel very welcome to Santorini and showed us around the island to all the best spots. He even took us to a beautiful restaurant on the Black Beach which was excellent, the best Greek Food and Fresh fish. It was truly a great experience visiting Santorini because of VASILIS!!!

Our tailor made tour of Santorini with Dimitris was exceptional. We recently had a tour in Santorini. Overall, our guide was very nice and accommodating, especially when we lost our elderly parents during the tour, and the driver patiently waited for us.

However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Our guide was five minutes late at the start, which set us back a bit. Additionally, while she spoke English, it was somewhat average, which made it difficult to understand some of the explanations. Finally, for basic questions such as the population of Santorini, she had to search on Google, which was a bit disappointing.

Despite these minor issues, we appreciated our guide’s friendly demeanor and helpfulness throughout the tour. With a bit more preparation and punctuality, she could provide an even better experience for future guests.

My husband and 20-something sons did a private tour with Theo. He was an AMAZING tour guide. I feel like he showed us every nook and cranny of Santorini, and provided us with so much history and information about the island. It was the perfect tour and our families' favorite excursion on our 9-day trip/cruise to Greece.

Our guide had very good English and told us all about Santorini and the history of the Island. In our 5.5 hours he took us everywhere notable: Oui, the monastery on top of the mountain, the archaeological site, the red sand beach and the black beach where we also had lunch. Exceptional! Then he dropped us near the shops in Fija and we finished our day.
