Do not waste your time or money on Big Bus London.
Buses are crowded.
Audio is trashy and full of static.
Drivers were rude.
Representatives at stops disinterested. We were lied to by representatives at bridge where we had to go to get on cruise. We waited in line to get on only to be told by cruise operator that we had to go back up over bridge to a Big Bus rep to get a different ticket printed to get on cruise.
We had 8 hours in London, wasted time trying to use Big Bus. Once we had returned to Australia, I took time to email issues. They refuted all our complaints, then said the only thing they could do was give us 2 comp. tickets. DO NOT USE Big Bus!

Good experience and easy way to get a feel for the city. Only suggestion is I would like to have more narration during the trip.

A waste of money in our view. There were fewer of these buses than the other tour companies. A recorded sound track was provided rather than an in person guide, and the recording provided limited information. Each time we boarded a bus at different stops around the city they took the same route so we missed many of the other sights we wanted to visit.

Disappointing and better options available. We bought a 48 hour pass. We were told that you could take the river cruise on either day but it turns out you can only go on the first day. Why only on the first day? I get you can only go on the boat once but which day should be your choice.
The buses are rammed and the other tour buses are much quieter so I would consider those.

We booked the Big Bus with great hopes for an informative tour of London. Our bus tour used a pre-recorded audio that was light on facts about this historic city, and which tried too hard to be funny. We were sorely disappointed.

There was s supervisor (white shirt), I think his name was Craig. He was exceptionally helpful and kind. We purchased additional tours. (London was better than Paris.)

It was fine. First bus drove so reckless but the blue line today - absolutely no personality of the driver - welcome g one on. It was just a job - almost seemed annoyed.

I would like to sue this company if I could. 54 pounds/ticket for nothing! The busses were so full we could not get on. On one occasion we got on but had to stand up holding on to straps. This did not allow us to hear any narrative although I heard from others around me that this was also substandard. Non-informative, useless. Tried to get the river cruise but after waiting over an hour we gave up. Also full. This is outrageous and unacceptable.
