This excursion was beyond amazing! We first were taken to snorkel at the barrier reef. The staff was friendly and made sure we stayed safe. We then were taken to a beach where we saw iguanas and were able to spend about 30 minutes exploring the beach area and water. The beach was stunning. All of the staff were very friendly with taking pictures and videos for everyone. We were given a sandwich and fruit on the sail boat along with a full bar of many different drinks for adults and children. This excursion was the real deal with spectacular views of beaches, water, wildlife, and terrain that will forever be etched in our memory. We took our 3 children - 2 teenagers and an 11 year old. They all loved this trip.

Everything about this trip was wonderful! Would highly recommend. The scenes were beautiful, the snorkeling amazing, and the beaches were so serene and scenic. The guys who worked on the boat were awesome and helpful, and they took great photos for everyone.

Trip was fantastic! They picked us up on the beach and sailed away to the snorkeling location. The crew was very friendly and funny. We sat out on the nets as we headed out to the reef. The snorkeling experience was very cool. Lots of fish to see. All the boats anchor in the same spots so don’t think it makes much difference which company you go with. After snorkeling, they served all the rum
Punches, local beer, and Dark and Stormies we could ever want! We went to an island where we got to see the iguanas! On the website, they mentioned a $40 fee to the Iguanas Reserve but the spot they took us to was completely free and got to see lots of iguanas. We got to chill on a very beautiful beach and take some pictures then they dropped us off right in front of our hotel. Overall, a fantastic boozy excursion!

This review is not of the trip itself, but of the staff at Ocean Vibes.
This is the first review I have left of any kind on any platform, but I feel incredibly inclined to share my experience regarding how my partner and I were treated by the staff at Ocean Vibes. This was the first time we had visited Turks and Caicos, and we booked this tour to truly experience the beauty of the island's nature. Unfortunately, we never made it to the excursion as my wife experienced heatstroke and fainted while we were walking to the pick-up point.
This was a medical emergency, so we immediately returned home to get her out of the sun. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to see a doctor on the island immediately. We managed to consult a doctor within our insurance network online, who certified in a report that she experienced heatstroke and recommended she stay out of the sun, making it clear that attending the excursion would be a bad idea.
Heatstroke is a common issue due to the intense heat on the island, making it all the more surprising that Ocean Vibes does not have a clear policy for handling such medical emergencies. Their cancellation/refund policy does not specify how they handle medical emergencies, nor does it define what constitutes a medical emergency. Despite providing proof from our doctor and explaining the situation, Ocean Vibes refused to issue a refund. They stated that “they are human” understand certain medical emergencies, but apparently not this one, as they declined to treat our situation humanely.
Given our experience, I find it disappointing and disheartening that Ocean Vibes would not accommodate our unforeseen and serious medical emergency. A more compassionate and understanding approach from the staff would have made a world of difference during this distressing time.

It rained and the trip was delayed so be sure to check your email and viator messages if its raining that day. Despite the rain, we had an amazing trip. The crew was so kind and helpful. The food was good including gluten free sandwiches for me! The snorkeling was definitely some of the best in the world. The deserted island stops were perfect, especially for the younger kids aboard who could run around and play together in the shallows. It was a tough day with rain chasing us around but the captain and crew made it fun.

The departure was delayed by an hour due to weather... which we were informed of 10 minutes before the pickup time (not great). Crew was friendly and generally competent. We saw a lot on the reef, Trumpet fish, Trigger fish, various Parrot Fish, Squirrel fish, nothing big (Sharks, Turtles, etc..), but there was still enough to make the trip worth while.
My issue is, the reef we went to there were no mooring buoys. The cat dropped its anchor directly onto the reef, with the line damaging a foot long section of the coral. I've seen what irresponsible commercialisation of reefs for tourism has done in Hurghada, I will not support the same thing happening here. I cannot recommend anyone take one of the Snorkelling tours from this operator, or any of the others, until moorings are installed, and further damage to the reef is prevented.

It rained 90% of the time . So we could not enjoy the trip. But the workers were so kind , friendly and welcoming. They went over and beyond for our group. I will definitely come again .

Reggie and Michael were outstanding! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. We got to see a lobster in its hole, a conch and beautiful fish on the reef.

Pleasant sunny weather. Crew was courteous, friendly and relaxed. It's easy to sell the beautiful blue water and smooth sand of Providenciales.

I'm so glad we did this tour! We were here for a family wedding, but this really rounded out the trip. The crew was amazing. I have never snorkeled before and it took me a good 10 minutes to get the hang of it. A member of the crew stayed with me until I was ready to swim off on my own. I loved it and was sad when it was time to get back on the boat. They took very good care of all of their guests. The music and food were fun, and they even helped families pose for scenic family photos. They beach they took us to on the way back was the absolute best, so peaceful and pretty.
