Amazing show! Not recommended for those sensitive to loud booms and strobing lights. It’s a fun show for families or anyone else.

This was my second time here and this show was different from the last which was good. Lots more audience participation and less playing music/drumming. They don't allow backpacks but lockers are nearby for storage. I don't think theres a bad seat in the theater and they moved throughout...even to the cheap seats!

We've seen Blue Man Group several times and this was the worst. One reason is because so many guests were drunk and loudly yelling at the performers. Ushers could be better trained to handle unruly crowds. Second, there was too much unnecessary audience participation which detracted from the performance. Third, I liked the shows that had less screen technology and more actual men performing.

It's always a little struggle to find family-appropriate things to do when you pass through Vegas with the kids, but the Blue Man Group definitely delivered. It was engaging, interactive, and the whole family was hugely entertained. What a great, funny show!

Just a fun experience and such great entertainment. Luxor had good seats, not a bad view from anywhere. The involvement of the audience was great! This is my 3rd time and I’ve had a different experience every time.

We had a wonderful time at the Blue Man group. We did not know what to expect but loved every minute of it. Loved the audience interaction too. Great fun for families.

The front desk man was impolite and cold. If This were my business, he'd be unemployed. The other staff, front desk and otherwise i.e. cleaning, housekeeping were all top notch! Very polite, one gentleman offered me a folding chair of his own, to avoid rain, yet still outside.

Another “not to bother with experience “. They say it’s because their lease was not renewed that it closes shortly, more likely it’s because they seem to have run out of energy. It’s not the same as it used to be.

Blue Man Group at Luxor is an underwhelming disappointment. It’s not the show that it once was. Three decades ago in New York City, Blue Man Group was innovative experimental theater. The “big idea” was that the Blue Men served as a metaphor for every person. The characters seemed slow and uncomprehending, but we watched them explore, gradually learn, and surprise themselves and us. They discovered how to make music with odd instruments. They experimented with paint, water, and light, and then created art.
The show was a breathtaking testament to human curiosity and spirit, and it was a hit. Since then, Blue Man Group has toured the world with long residencies in various cities including Las Vegas. But over time, the show has changed, and (I’m sad to say) it has “lost the plot”.
The slow and awkward (and funny) learning that originally filled the Blue Man show is greatly abbreviated these days. Essentially, the Blue Men go almost straight to complicated stuff, painting, instruments, juggling marshmallows, and so forth. But it has less meaning because the audience doesn’t see how those talents are discovered and developed. The show has descended into mostly shtick and low physical comedy. Blue Man Group always had humorous pratfalls, but the awkward moments had context. Now they’re just silly. The audience participation portion seems lame, like something out of a magic act, without the magic.
Blue Man Group is still visually stunning in places and mildly thought provoking, but it’s a stale shadow of the NYC original, and even far below Blue Man performances in Las Vegas from the early 2000s. The show has lost its mojo. This current incarnation of Blue Man Group isn’t bad, but it’s not very good. Tickets on a Friday night in the second row near the center cost us $236.61 for two people, including all taxes and fees. There are better shows you can see for that price.
