Raul our tour guide was very good. Explained everything explicitly and ensured everyone’s safety was a priority. The activities were fun, heart racing and challenging. It was one heck of an experience.

RAUL was a great guide helped out a lot and kept entertained with good music and vibes
Photos a bit expensive to get photos from the experience and not be allowed to take your own during some of the activities but aside from that it was a great experience

Had a great time! Raul was a great tour guide! He spoke English well, was attentive and fun! Definitely get your moneys worth and the photos are a perfect way to capture the experience and have memories for years to come! All the staff were friendly, definitely recommend.

Mr. O was an amazing guide. Highly recommend for first time zip liners the cenote was magical and the tequila was phenomenal

They charge me $89 dollars for the photos.
And I bought a slip shoe for $31 dollars when I enter the park. The lunch not free.

This experience was incredible!! Raúl was our guide and a total fun!! Flash his companion was very funny! Roy the photographer really pleased us with his work. I would visit again just to see them! Everything was very fun, I had an excellent time :) thank you all!

We weren’t aware that the lockers weren’t “optional”. Other than that, we had a blast. The guides were knowledge and and laid back. Raul was great!!

Great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. You have to rent a locker if you bring belongings even if it's in a bookbag. Raul was awesome!!
