This trip was a pleasant surprise! The bus was comfortable and relaxing, the boat ride was beautiful, and the Lindt Chocolates was so much fun!! Highly recommend.

It was all terrific. Very knowledgeable guide. Fascinating walking tour. Loved the tour of Lindt. Favorite part was seeing the experimental assembly line that explained actual process of making filled chocolates and the tasting area was fantastic.

Enjoyed chocolate factory and walk in old town. Cruise was too short and not enough seats available
The tour guide was not knowledgeable and kept changing her mind and giving us conflicting information

This was an excellent tour, hitting the key points of Zurich by bus, boat and foot. We were age 15 to 85, and everyone enjoyed it. If you're short on time, perfect. If you have lots of time, it then gives you an opportunity to come back to the areas you enjoyed most later that day or the next.

Carols was generous in sharing information, being patient, and guiding a large group around the city of Zurich, a lovely boat ride and getting us to the Lindt factory tour. We would not have been able to tour the factory through regular online methods as the tickets were sold out, so thanks to Viator, we were able to get a great tour of Zurich, lovely boat tour and super Lindt Factory tour. Oh the chocolate tasting was great and our guide helped us get back to the train station. Highly recommend this.

Very fun and sweet tour! Enjoyed the boat ride as well. The tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. Enjoyed the free chocolate treats inside the lindt museum

The guide was very knowledgeable about Zurich and its history. After the bus tour, we walked through an older part of the city and then made our way to the boat (public transportation). The ticket for the boat was included in the tour. Also included was the tour of the Lindt chocolate factory. We didn't get to see the factory working, but they have a test kitchen on display (no one in there while we were there). The "History of Chocolate and its cultivation" was surprisingly interesting. The tour included quite a few free samples of chocolate. We enjoyed the tour and thought it was worth the money.
